Room in a shared flat for sublet from the end of March till around the end of September. (NO ANMELDUNG)
The room is about 10 m², there is already a table, bed, wardrobe and a small shelf. The other rooms in the shared flat are quite large, especially in the living room/kitchen where you can spend time together. Stove, oven, microwave are available, all kitchen equipment is there.
Buses can be reached in 3 minutes, 10 minutes to the TU (city center). Rewe and Penny are nearby for shopping. The apartment is on the 7th floor, but there is an elevator. Parking is not that difficult, but it probably makes the most sense to look for a side street 3 minutes away.
The flat-share life is pretty quiet (and hopefully it will stay that way).
Now Fabio and a Korean exchange student live there. It would be nice to have a beer or two with them occasionally, but we don't party at our place because everyone is pretty busy with their schedule :(
The apartment is only rented to students, so you need a student certificate (Studentenbescheinigung).
