Offer from July 24th, 2024, in the middle of beautiful Darmstadt, a co-living opportunity, unlimited. The apartment is on the Ground floor. One big room with access to the balcony, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. There is also a storage room in the Kitchen and a bicycle parking underground. Your room is a bit larger, it is bright, one of the biggest rooms in the entire building, unfurnished (but can be bought with some furniture’s if you are quick). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, some cupboards and shelves, refrigerator with freezer compartment, built-in sink and much that you need. There is a washing machine and drying room for laundry in the basement. The house has gas central heating in the basement as well as a central hot water supply and is well insulated from the outside.
The apartment is in a centre at Pallaswiesenstraße 57. The connection to public transport is very good, the bus stops at Kahlerstrasse, Pallaswiesenstrasse and Im Tiefen See. Also, the tram stops at Kasinostrasse.
Luisenplatz is within walking distance. The shops are excellent. You have Tegut, Netto, Rewe, Penny and Aldi nearby in 3-4 mins walking distance. Also McFit is 5 mins walk. Also, many pubs, restaurants and cafes are nearby (Burger King is just opposite to the building).
This is a student’s apartment so mostly the entire apartment is quiet. Smoking is allowed but, in the balcony, only. The rules of the apartment must be followed. If you love some music and love to hang out occasionally then this room is for you. Also if you like to have a couple of drink or even party occasionally you would want to have this room.

Also, The room is available for short time as well as unlimited time (as per your wish).
