Hallo, ich (22) fange im August in Birkenfeld eine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin an. Ich suche ab 01.11. noch einen Mitbewohner um eine WG (2-er) zu gründen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist 78 m² groß und hat zwei gleich große Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad und ein zusätzliches kleines Zimmer.
Eine Küche ist leider nicht vorhanden, müsste demzufolge noch gemeinsam angeschafft werden, und die Wohnung ist auch sonst unmöbliert.
Kaltmiete liegt bei 300 € und Nebenkosten bei ca. 200€ (plus Kaution), also für jeden 250€.
Die Wohnung ist in der Wasserschiederstraße, also super zentral gelegen.
