Wir suchen ab dem 1. September 2020 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere moderne WG mit Verlängerungsmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wurde vor 5 Jahren neu saniert. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und wir bitten um eine Abschlagszahlung von 300 Euro. Dies beinhaltet ein Bett mit Lattenrost inklusive Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Regal, ein Relaxsessel und zwei Tische. Die Möbel wurden vor 3 Jahren gekauft. Zu der Wohnung gehören auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette und hat einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Martinsviertel, sehr zentral gelegen am Campus „TU Stadtmitte“. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist „Alexanderstraße“ und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe (zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten) sind mit REWE und Penny vorhanden.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Dag, aus Schweden, und Dmitrii, aus Russland. Sie sind beide Doktoranden an der TU Darmstadt. Wir sind keine Party WG, sondern leben relativ ruhig und harmonisch miteinander. Die Hauptsprache in der WG ist Englisch.

ENGLISH VERSION
We're searching for a new flatmate for our modern apartment from the 1st of August 2020 till end of June 2021 with a possibility of extension. The flat itself is very modern since it is located in a house that got entirely renovated when we moved in 5 years ago. The room is fully furnished and the furniture will be passed on to the new flatmate for a cost of 300 euros. The price includes a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, two tables, a shelf, an armchair and a cabinet. They were bought 2 years ago. The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, balcony and separate toilet/shower.
The flat is located quite centrally, almost next to the campus "TU Stadtmitte" and the next bus stop "Alexanderstrasse" is just 10 minutes away within walking distance. Grocery stores (REWE and Penny) are about 5 minutes away.
Your flatmates would be Dag from Sweden and Dmitrii from Russia, both PhD students at TU Darmstadt. We are not a party WG, more like calm living together in harmony. The WG language is English.
