1-Zimmer frei in einer 2er WG im Zentrum von Darmstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt Luizenplatz entfernt. Die AG hat eine Mischung aus Studenten und Berufstätigen und ist international freundlich. Es gibt 1 erstaunlichen Mitbewohner, mit dem man sich verbinden kann. Die Bus-/Tramhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der WG. Die Konnektivität ist ausgezeichnet, da HBF zu Fuß erreichbar ist (800 m) und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür liegt. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und kann nach Ihren Wünschen eingerichtet werden. Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet. Es hat eine Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster, Grill, Geschirr usw. Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr freundlich und verbringt gerne ab und zu eine gute Zeit. Die WG ist sehr ruhig und wfh freundlich.
Wir pflegen gerne Sauberkeit und Ruhe in der Wohnung. Außerdem haben wir ein paar Pflanzen, die unserer Wohnung Lebendigkeit und Frische verleihen. ;)
Wenn Sie interessiert sind, schreiben Sie mir bitte und wir können eine Online-/virtuelle Besichtigung für Sie per Videoanruf vereinbaren. Auf Wunsch oder Bedarf können wir auch einen persönlichen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. :)
Da die Aufenthaltsdauer 2 Monate (March und April) beträgt, ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich. Kontaktieren Sie mich nur, wenn Sie einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt in Darmstadt für zwei Monate ohne Anmeldung suchen. :)

A 1-room available in a 2-person shared flat in the center of Darmstadt, just a few minutes' walk from the main station and City center Luizenplatz. The WG has a mix of students and professionals and is internationally friendly. There is 1 amazing roommate to connect with. The bus/tram stop is right in front of the flat share. Connectivity is excellent as HBF is within walking distance (800m) and the bus stop is right outside. The room is fully furnished and can be set up according to your wishes. The WG is fully equipped. It has a washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, grill, utensils, etc. My roommate is very friendly and enjoys spending a good time from time to time. The WG is very quiet and wfh friendly.
We like to maintain cleanliness and peace in the apartment. Also, we have a few plants which add liveliness and freshness to our apartment. ;)

As the time period for staying is 2 months(March and April), registration is not possible. Only contact me if you are looking for a temporary stay in Darmstadt for two months without registration. :)
