From 1st of April one room approx. 14m2 will be free in our apartment directly in the city centre (you really can’t live any closer to everything than this :D). The apartment will be shared with 2 german girls. Registration is a must! Also, the room comes unfurnished.
The rent is 553€ (incl. G/E (water will be additional every 3 months), internet is around 7€ a month.
Occasional taxes for trash and water once a year.
One-time contract costs 354€.
The deposit is 1.106,67€ which you will receive back if you move out and leave the room/common spaces in the same condition as provided on the day of moving in.
To be a suitable candidate for renting you need to provide your last 3 payslips of yourself or of your guarantor (international guarantors are accepted!). Also a copy of your passport/ID of yourself (and your guarantor if you have one).
Since we are looking for a nice new tenant that will actually fit to us please send me a (short!!) text about what you like to do in your free time, what music you like and maybe in general what type of person you are. If I think you could be a match you will be invited to our open house day and I will send you anything you need to know about renting the room.
We like to hangout together, go out for food or beers, but we as well respect each others privacy. We are all students so it can get more quiet during the exam times but otherwise we like to live together, we are not a "Zweck-WG" in that sense.
