My lovely room has become available again for the mentioned period. It a very spacious and bright room, located in Ostenberg Str. 99 complex, as a part of "Studierendenwerk Dortmund" dormitorie (https://www.stwdo.de/wohnen/haeuser-in-dortmund/ostenberg-97-99-101/).
PLEASE NOTE: The room is a part of a "doppelzimmer", which is practically a single apartment, with its own separate entrance and kitchen, but the bathroom is shared with another apartment. Therefore you will not have a roommate. It is also fully furnished and has a great view from the fourth floor.
There are plenty of parking space available, and the laundry room is in the basement.
The TU Dortmund's campus north is a 10-minute walk, and from there both S-Bahn and H-Bahn are accessible. Also, two bus stops (both 447) can be reached within 5 minutes. There is also a supermarket within 5 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: Only TU Dortmund, FH Dortmund, ISM Dortmund and exchange (ERASMUS) students are eligible, and have to be enrolled at the university. Unfortunately the language course students are not eligible, unless they have an admission or Zulassensbescheid. ONLY if you have one of the above mentioned requirements, please send me a short message and tell me a little bit about yourself, and don't forget to mention your studies ;)
P.S 1) There might be a possibility for further extension of the contract later on.
