WG Zimmer im 6er-WG

Die U-Bahn-Station Brackel Verwaltungsstelle (U43) ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt und die S-Bahn-Station Dortmund Brackel (S4) ist ca. 9 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrtzeit zur TU Dortmund mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln beträgt ca. 25-30 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 25 Minuten. Auch nachts kommt man problemlos nach Hause, die NE3 hält in unmittelbarer Nähe. Brackel ist direkt an die B1 und B236 angeschlossen.

Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Lidl und auch ein Edeka ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Alles weitere Wichtige ist fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen, wie Restaurants, Bäcker, Friseure, Ärzte, Cafés und vieles mehr.

The subway station Brackel Verwaltungsstelle (U43) is a 2-minute walk away and the S-Bahn station Dortmund Brackel (S4) is about 9 minutes away. It takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the TU Dortmund by public transport and about 25 minutes to the main train station. You can also get home easily at night, the NE3 stops in the immediate vicinity. Brackel is directly connected to the B1 and B236.

There is a Lidl right across the street and an Edeka is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Everything else that is important can be reached on foot in the immediate vicinity, such as restaurants, bakers, hairdressers, doctors, cafes and much more.

Die WG verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer. Spiele- und Filmabende finden hier relativ häufig statt. Auch gemeinsames Kochen ist möglich. Außerdem haben wir im Sommer die Möglichkeit, draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und dort zu plaudern oder dort gemeinsam zu grillen. Von dieser Chance wird viel Gebrauch gemacht und dieses Jahr wurde sie bereits genutzt.

Leoni (21, studiert Duales Recht bei der Stadt Dortmund), Dustin (21, Student), Max (25, macht eine Ausbildung zum Krankenpfleger) und Tim (23, studiert Informatik), Shashank (25, studiert Automatisierung und Robotik). an der TUD) und ich, Jay (26, studiert Data Science an der TUD) wohnen derzeit in der WG. Auch Shashank wird ausziehen und Yasser wird ab 1. Mai zu unserer WG stoßen.

The WG has a living room. Games and film evenings take place here relatively frequently. Cooking together is also possible. We also have the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace in summer and chat there or have a barbecue there together. Much use is being made of this opportunity, and this year it has already been made use of.
Leoni (21, is studying dual law with the city of Dortmund), Maya (18, student), Max (26, is training to be a nurse) and Tim (23, studying Informatik), Shashank(25, studying automation and Robotics at TUD) and I, Jay(26, studying Data Science at TUD) are currently living in the flat share. Shashank will also move out and Yasser will join our WG from 1st May.

Um vertragliche Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, sind gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) erforderlich.
Die Kosten der GEZ für die Wohnung sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Der Internetanschluss wurde von den WG-Mitgliedern in Auftrag gegeben. Die Kosten betragen 5 Euro pro Person.

📌WICHTIG📌: Ihr Einkommen sollte unter 1600 €/Monat liegen und es sind nur Studenten zugelassen.
