Schönes helles WG-Zimmer in Dortmund Mitte (Nord)

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Zentrum Dortmunds in der Nordstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehrere, so ist zum Beispiel ein Lidl ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch ein Netto ist in der Nähe, den man in ca 2 Minuten erreichen kann. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad 7km, mit der Bahn kommt man vom Hauptbahnhof (ca. 10 Gehmiunuten) mit der S1 aber auch schnell dorthin.

The apartment is very close to Dortmund's downtown, in the northern area. You've got some shopping options close by. Like, there's a Lidl just a 5-minute walk away, and a Netto is nearby too, just about 2 minutes away. It's around 7km if you bike to the university, but you can also hop on a train from the main station (which is about a 10-minute walk) using the S1 line, and you'll get there quick.

Hallo! Ich bin gerade in diese neue Wohnung eingezogen. Lassen Sie mich Ihnen etwas über mich erzählen – ich bin ein 23-jähriger Student, der an der TU Dortmund meinen Master studiert. Bevor ich hierher kam, lebte ich in Budapest, Ungarn, wo ich meinen Bachelor-Abschluss machte.

Es macht mir wirklich Spaß, fit zu bleiben – ich gehe 3-4 Mal pro Woche ins Fitnessstudio und spiele gerne Badminton und Fußball. In der High School war ich der beste Sportler meiner Klasse.

Als ich in Budapest war, habe ich Kneipentouren organisiert und Leute in verschiedene Bars geführt. Jetzt erkunde ich coole Bars in Dortmund. Sonntags gehe ich gerne laufen oder entdecke neue Kaffeelokale in der Stadt. Ich schaue viele Fernsehsendungen und Dokumentationen.

Kochen ist etwas, das ich liebe, und ich bin ziemlich gut darin. Ich halte die Dinge auch gerne sauber, sodass Sie davon ausgehen können, dass unsere Unterkunft ordentlich ist. Es macht mir großen Spaß, in der Wohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, und ich hoffe, Sie tun es auch!

Ich bin offen für spontane Pläne, sei es gemeinsames Kochen oder etwas trinken gehen. Aber wenn Sie jemals Ruhe und Frieden brauchen, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, niemand wird Sie stören.

Hey there! Just settled into this new apartment. Let me introduce myself—I'm a 23-year-old Masters student at TU Dortmund, before moving to Dortmund I was living in Budapest, Hungary. I did my bachelors from there.

Fitness is my jam—I hit the gym 3-4 times a week and love a good game of badminton or football. Back in high school, I was the sports valedictorian of my class.

In Budapest I used to organise pubcrawls, taking people to different bars. Currently exploring good bars in Dortmund. On Sundays I am either up for running or finding new coffee places in town. And yeah, I'm guilty of a Netflix binge, especially with documentaries to wind down at night.

Cooking is my therapy, and trust me, I whip up some tasty dishes. I'm big on cleanliness too, so you can count on me to keep our place spotless. I'm all about that cozy apartment vibe, and I hope you are too!
