Wir, Sandra, Tim und Daniel, suchen Dich (w) für unsere großräumige 4er WG. Die Wohnung ist ca. 120qm groß und besteht aus vier Zimmern, einem Flur, Abstellraum, 2 Badezimmern und einer großen Wohnküche sowie 2 Balkonen. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß. In dem Preis von 265,- sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet und Telefon berücksichtigt.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Von hier aus brauchst du mittels S4/S2 10min zum Hbf, 15min zur Uni/Fh mit der Buslinie 462. Die U44 hält 3 Gehminuten entfernt und am Wochenende der Nachtexpress (NE12) vor der Haustür. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein Pennymarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Aldi und diverse weitere Geschäfte.
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Studenten-WG, gehen unsere Wege, verstehen uns aber keineswegs als Zweckgemeinschaft.
