Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Bad. Dein Zimmer ist 16qm groß und durch zwei Dachfenster schön hell. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt, das Bad ist weiß gefliest. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank und allem was man sonst so braucht. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei gemütliche Sofas und ein Fernseher zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Düsseldorfer Straße im Kaiserviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeke, Netto, Rewe) sind zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreicht, genauso wie die U-Bahn-Station Funkenburg. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Bahn 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Kaiserviertel ist schön ruhig und hat einen sehr netten Charme. Kneipen, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Läden sind direkt nebenan.
Ich, Elisabeth, bin deine neue Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, studiere Journalistik an der TU Dortmund und arbeite als freie Journalistin bei den Ruhr Nachrichten. Ich koche gerne, ob allein oder mit Freunden, und bin sonst eine ruhige und pflegeleichte Mitbewohnerin.
