Ich suche einen neuen netten Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin in meiner 2er WG. Das Zimmer ist 16m2 gross und hell. Möbel müsstest du dir selbst mitbringen aber in der Küche ist schon alles da und die Spülmaschine erspart viel Stress ;).
Von der Küche aus gehts auch auf den gemütlichen Balkon, der zum Innenhof hinaus liegt.
In 5 min ist man am Dortmund Stadthaus (S- und U-Bahnhaltestelle). Außerdem ist man in 10 min zu Fuß in der Dortmunder Innenstadt. Ca 5 min zu Fuß ist ein großer Edeka und ein Aldi.
Ebenfalls ist das Kreuzviertel ganz nah.
Zur Uni kommt man auch gut, entweder mit der Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Ich bin Helena, 23 Jahre alt und wohnte bis vor kuzem hier mit einem Schulfreund zusammen. Ich studiere Bioingeneurwesen im 8. Semester an der TU-Dortmund.
Hier in der WG ist es immer entspannt, ich bin nicht so penibel was die Ordnung angeht, aber zumindest in der Küche und im Bad ist es immer sauber und ordentlich.
Für ein Bierchen am Abend bin ich gern zu haben, nur richtige Partys sind durch die Nachbarn eher schwierig...
Also meine E-Mails checke ich mehrmals am tag, aber ihr könnt auch gern versuchen mich auf dem Handy zu erreichen.
