29, female looking for room near Uni

Hallo Ihre Liebe,
Mein Name ist Ha und ich komme aus Vietnam. Diese Jahr bin ich 29 Jahr alt und im Oktober beginne ich masterstudium in FH Dortmund (Projektmanagement). Ich suche eine Zimmer in eine WG mit gemeinsamte koste ca. 350,€.
Hier sind ein paar Information uber mich. In meine frei Zeit liebe ich laufe gern, im Natur wandern und manchmal Bücher lesen. Außerdem freue mich darauf, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Daneben bin ich ein sehr ordentliches Mensch, mit dem man gut zusammenleben kann.
Momentan lerne ich Deutsch auf Niveau A2 und ich würde es gerne üben.

Ich bin gespannt, von Ihr zu hören und freue mich, wenn Ihr sich die Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch mit mir nehmen könnten.

I’m an open minded and quite easy-going person. I love to go for a run or sometimes read books after work. On weekend Id love to wander in the nature. I love to meet and get to know new people and learn about their culture. I’m an organized person and I respect rules. I love to have quite time on my own or sometimes love to have a drink and chat with housemate.

At this moment I’m learning German level A2 at would to practice it especially speaking.
