Room Details
The room is fully furnished. The room is on the west side of the apartment, so you can enjoy some sun in the afternoon and evening. If you don't want that, you can draw the curtains or the blinds.
The apartment is furnished with table, small sofa, the white cupboard and the furniture. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, an oven and a built-in induction cooker, a washing machine and dryer. There is a cost of the room furniture and kitchen staff that will be paid by new tenant.
Location
The apartment is about 1-2 minutes from the S-Bahn station Germania. Within a 7 minute walk from here you can find Indupark, Aldi, Kaufland, Ikea, a fast food restaurant, a 24/7 gas station and other dining and shopping options. Despite all this, the street is pretty quiet here.
At the university you are either direct by bus in about 20 minutes, or by S-Bahn. If one of them fails, you can walk to the Kley S-Bahn station in 13 minutes, from which the university is only two stops away.

I (Ayan) would be your new roommate. I am 31 year old and completing my master's degree in finance at ISM and work simultaneously. I am also doing home office for several days a week and also go to office.
I come from India and speak little German, but fluent English.
Miscellaneous
The gas, electricity and internet will be in my name. Therefore, depending on the tariff, the total rent can vary.
The warm rent would cold rent (€ 230) + gas +electricity +internet (€120-€150)
