Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder. Bad 1 mit einer Toilette und Bad 2 mit Badewanne und Toilette. Es gibt zwei Balkone, einer mit Blick in den Innenhof und einer mit Blick auf eine Baumallee.

Der Rhythmus und die Individualität jedes Einzelnen werden hier respektiert, aber wir teilen auch gerne gemeinsame Momente, sei es bei einem Tee, einem guten Essen, wir feiern sogar gerne zusammen, wenn es möglich ist.

Es wohnen hier:

Elie, 26 kommt ursprünglich aus Toulouse und macht momentan seinen Ph.D. in Chemie an der TU Dortmund. Daher wird in der WG meist Englisch gesprochen. Gesellig und unterhaltsam, eine Tasse Tee mit ihm zu teilen, ist immer eine gute Idee. Da wir in der WG meistens Englisch sprechen, ist es uns wichtig, dass du auch Englisch sprechen kannst.

Lukas, 30, arbeitet in Dortmund. Er hat ein großes handwerkliches Geschick und ist hervorragend darin, alle technischen Probleme zu lösen, die in der WG auftreten können. Seine Geselligkeit und Sympathie machen ihn zu einem allseits beliebten Mitbewohner.

Andrea ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet in einem Architekturbüro in Dortmund. Sie ist immer angenehm im Umgang und es ist eine Freude, mit ihr eine Diskussion oder ein Essen zu teilen.


The apartment has two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 with a toilet and bathroom 2 with a bathtub and toilet. There are two balconies, one with a view of the inner courtyard and one with a view of an avenue of trees.

The rhythm and individuality of each person is respected here, but we also like to share moments together, be it over tea, a good meal, we even like to celebrate together when possible.
