Unsere Wohnung bietet jede Menge Platz und Gemeinschaftsräume: unsere Küche mit kleinem Tisch, ist direkt an das Esszimmer angeschlossen, in dem auch größere Runden Platz finden. Daneben gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, indem wir gerne Musik machen, lesen und quatschen. Der Platz in der Mitte wird außerdem öfter für kleine Sportsessions genutzt.
Im Flur und Eingang gibt es jede Menge Stauraum und einen Balkon, der für alle immer zugänglich ist. Wir beginnen jetzt langsam mit der Bepflanzung, mehr Blumen und Kräuter sind aber immer willkommen :=) Vom Flur gehen außerdem zwei Bäder ab, jeweils mit Toilette und Dusche. Eins beherbergt außerdem noch eine Badewanne und unsere Waschmaschine.
Darüberhinaus haben wir unter dem Dach noch einen (nicht beheizbaren) Riesenraum, der als Werkstatt, Wäschezimmer und zweites Wohnzimmer genutzt wird.
Das erste Zimmer ist etwa 13 qm groß und mit Bett, Kommode, Sessel und Tisch ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein Kleiderschrank, der vor dem Zimmer im Flur zu finden ist.
Das zweite Zimmer ist kleiner und momentan noch unser Arbeitszimmer. Wir würden uns aber noch um ein Bett und eine Kommode kümmern.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Außerdem haben wir einige WG Specials wie ein E-Piano, jede Menge Gitarren und eine Spühlmaschine. :=)
Die angebene Miete ist pro Person und umfasst alles, auch Internet und GEZ

Our flat offers a lot of common spaces: The kitchen is well equiped and has a small table for morning coffees, the dining room is just next to it and allows to accomodate bigger groups. Next, we have a living room where we like to chill, play some music, read or do some sport.
In our corridor, there is a lot of space for storage. From there, you can also access our balcony. We are starting to plant some stuff, but more flours or herbs arealways welcome :)
We have two bathrooms with toilets and showers, one is also equiped with a bathtub and our washing mashine.
As an extra we have an additional huge room below the roof (that can not be heated), which hosts a workshop, our drying laundry and a second small living room.
One room is about 13 m^2 and equiped with bed, armchair, a chest of drawers and a small table. There is an additional wardrobe in the corridor next to the room.
The second room is a bit smaller and currenlty still our office. We could oragnize bed etc. before you move in.
The flat is well equiped with everything you need.
Some specials are: a nice e-piano, many guitars and a dishwasher. :=)
The rent is per person, and includes everything, also Intenet etc.

Die Wohnung ist in der wunderschönen Neustadt, einem belebten und bunten Viertel, gelegen. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl denn: man braucht nur 2 Minuten in den Alaunpark, knapp 10 Minuten in die Dresdener Heide (ein großer Wald), 10 Minuten an die Elbwiesen und 5 Minuten zu den belebten Straßen voller Bars, Cafes und Restaurants.
Auch die Öffis sind nicht allzu weit: in ca 5 Minuten Fußdistanz fährt die nächste Straßenbahn und auch der Neustädter Bahnhof ist nur 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfehrnt.

The flat is positioned in the bueatiful quarter "Neustadt", which is known for it's open and alternative schene.
We love to live here as, you only need 2 minutes to the next park, only 10 Minutes to the forest (Dresdener Heide), 10 minutes to the river Elbe, and only 5 minutes to me in the middle of cafes, restaurants and bars.
Also public transport is very reachable: the next tram is only 5 minutes walk away, and the train station Dresden-Neustadt is a 25 Minutes walk or a 10 minutes bike ride.

Normalerweise wohnen hier Pia, Max, Gregor und Bodil. Drei von uns kennen sich noch aus dem Studium in Hamburg und wir sind vor Kurzem hier gemeinsam in die Wohnung gezogen. Da Bodil und Gregor jetzt nochmal zu einer längeren Reise aufbrechen suchen wir zwei Zwischenmitbewohnis, die die Lücke füllen.
Wir sind zwei Paare, und so ist momentan auch die Zimmeraufteilung (nur zwei Schlafzimmer, aber dafür jede Menge Gemeinschaftsräume in denen man auch immer einen Rückzugsort findet). Deswegen wäre unser Ideal ebenfalls zwei Menschen zu finden, die das eine Zimmer zusammen beziehen. Alternativ würden wir das Arbeitszimmer in ein drittes Schlafzimmer umwandeln.
Kurz zu uns:
Pia (29) arbeitet als Physikerin tagtäglich am Schreibtisch und bewegt sich deswegen am Abend sehr gerne. Man findet sie regelmäßig beim Sport oder beim Handstand üben an der Wand. Außerdem kocht sie gerne, ist gerne draußen, liest viel und wagt sich manchmal ans WG-Piano.
Max (29) ist als Tischler bei einem Klavierbauer angestellt und muss deswegen unter der Woche 3-4 Tage sehr früh aufstehen. An den anderen Tagen zelebriert aber um so lieber seinen Morgenkaffee auf der Fensterbank oder dem Balkon. Er ist unser WG-Guitarrist, übt aber im Moment auch lieber Klavier. Außerdem ist er meist für eine Runde Tischtennis oder Schach zu haben.
Wir suchen zwei Mitbewohner und stellen uns ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben vor, bei dem auch mal zusammen gekocht und gespielt wird.
Aber natürlich ist es auch völlig in Ordnung wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht.
Wir planen im Winter auch nochmal 2 Monate auf Reisen zu gehen, in der Zeit möchten wir unser eigenes Schlafzimmer gerne untervermieten.

Normally, we are Pia, Max, Gregor and Bodil. Three of us met already while studying together in Hamburg and we moved together in this flat a few months ago. As Bodil and Gregor are planning a bigger trip, we are searching for two roomies to fill the gap.
As we are currently two couples, we only have two bedrooms at the moment. Hence it would be ideal, two find another couple that would like to move in. Otherwise we plan to make a third bedroom out of the current office.
About us:
Pia (29) works as a physicist at the desk and loves to move after work. Hence, you will often find her out for sports or at the wall practicing handstand. She further likes to cook, stroll around outside, read and sometimes uses the piano.
Max (29) works as a carpenter in a piano manufactury and has to get out of bed very early 3-4 mornings. On the free days, he enjoys long coffees on the windowsill or the balcony. He is our guitarist but mostly trains at the piano at the moment. Furthermore, he is usually happy to play a ping-pong or a chess match.
We are looking for two flatmates and hope for a nice and interacting co-living. We like to cook together sometimes and play some games. We are also in for some outside-fun by foot or bike :)
Of course it is also always okey, if you need some space and you-time.
We also plan to travel for 2 weeks next winter. In this period we also want to rent our room to one person.
