17m² WG-Zimmer am buten Eck - Altbaucharme, belebt und gemeinschaftlich wohnen (ab sofort!)

Die Lage ist optimal!
Direkt am Eck lässt sich alles finden was zum Überleben gebraucht wird: Späti, diverse Imbisse/Restaurants und Bars. Der nächste Supermarkt wie Netto oder Rewe ist Fussläufig in unter 10min zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Alaunpark und zur Heide werten die Lage besonders auf und stellen einen schönen Kontrast zum sonst so belebten Eck dar.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Tram (13) und in etwa 8 Gehminuten die 7/8 an der Louisenstraße zu erreichen. In etwa 10min Gehminuten ist Mensch am Albertplatz wo weitere Linien abfahren (3, 6 und die 11).
Zur TU Dresden sind es etwa 20min mit dem Rad.

The location is perfect!
Right on the corner you can find everything needed: late shops, various restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket such as Netto or Rewe is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The proximity to the Alauen Park and the Dresdener Heide are a nice contrast to the otherwise busy corner.
Directly on the doorstep is the tram (13) and in about 8 minutes on the 7/8 on the Louisenstraße. In about 10 minutes walk you are at the Albertplatz where more lines depart (3, 6 and the 11).
The TU Dresden is about 20 minutes away (by bike).

In der WG erwarten dich Alex, Benni und Co. Die Drei sind sehr aufgeschlossene und aktive Menschen! Wenn nicht gerade in der Küche für alle gekocht wird (meistens vegetarisch) und bei Schnapps und (mal) einem Kippchen über die (hoffentlich bald) kommende Revolution debattiert wird, wird gemeinsam im Hinterhofgarten Gemüse für den harten Winter eingepflanzt und bei Sonnenuntergang die Feuerschale eingeheizt.
Wichtig ist, dass Du Lust an einem Zusammenleben und ab und an etwas Zeit für das regelmäßige WG-Treffen hast. Bei dem Treffen wird Aktuelles besprochen, Pläne geschmiedet und lecker gegessen. Seit geraumer Zeit auch eine Befindlichkeitsrunde veranstaltet - klingt eso, ist es aber nicht!
Ansonsten hatten/haben wir hier immer viel Besuch, das Gästebett im Flur ist groß genug um auch deine Freunde zu beherbergen.
Wir haben immer gemeinsam eingekauft bzw. gewirtschaftet und das soll auch weiterhin beibehalten werden. Am Anfang des Monats wird ein Betrag in die WG-Kasse geworfen, dieser soll reichen um für alle den Monatseinkauf für Lebensmittel und WG-relevanten Kram zu erledigen.

Alex, Benni and Co are waiting for you. The three are very open-minded and active people! We cook and eat together, make plans for the (hopefully soon upcoming) revolution or the next visit in the Nordbad. The vegetables will be planted in the backyard garden and the fire bowl will be heated at sunset.
It is important that you feel like living together and that you find some time for the regular WG meeting. At the meeting, news will be discussed, plans will be forged and delicious dishes will be eaten.
Otherwise we always had a lot of visitors, the guest bed in the hall is big enough to accommodate your friends too.
We have always bought our food or managed our housing relevant finances together and this should be maintained. At the beginning of the month an amount is thrown into the WG-Kasse, this should be sufficient to do all the monthly purchase for food and WG-relevant stuff.
