Unsere Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Neustadt, nah am Albertplatz und direkt nebenan liegt ein Konsum. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß und voll ausgestattet mit einem 1,60 m breiten Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kleiderstange, zwei Regalen und einem Spiegel. Die beiden großen Fenster sind nach Westen ausgerichtet und die Vorhänge sind relativ lichtdicht. Gleich neben dem freien Zimmer liegt die große Küche, die auch gleich als Wohnzimmer dient. Sie ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine, Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle etc. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und zu zweit kommt man sich auch eigentlich nie in die Quere.
Our apartment is located in the heart of Neustadt, close to Albertplatz and right next door is a Konsum (supermarket). The room is about 16 square meters and fully equipped with a 1.60 m wide bed, a large desk, a closet, a clothes rail, two shelves and a mirror. The two large windows face west and the curtains are relatively light-proof. Right next to the spare room is the large kitchen, which also serves as a living room right away. It is also fully equipped, with a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub and two people never really get in each other's way.
Die Dresdener Neustadt gilt als das Szeneviertel der Stadt. Im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern liegen viele Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte. Abends ist hier immer etwas los, da das Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man davon aber in der Wohnung kaum etwas mit. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestellt sind es ca. 2-3 Minuten Fußweg und mit der 3 und der 8 kommt man innerhalb von 20 Minuten zur Uni. Der Bahnhof Dresden Neustadt ist auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit einem Konsum gleich nebenan, kann man auch super praktisch spontan einkaufen. Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann und dm sind auch nicht weit weg – insgesamt also eine perfekte Lage.
Dresden Neustadt is considered the trendy district of the city. Within a few hundred meters there are many restaurants, bars and small stores. In the evening there is always something going on here, but since the room is oriented towards the quiet courtyard, you hardly hear anything in the apartment. To the tram stop it is about 2-3 minutes walking distance and with the 3 and 8 you can get to the university within 20 minutes. The train station Dresden Neustadt is also only 10 minutes walking distance away. With a Konsum (supermarket) right next door, you can also super practical spontaneous shopping. Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann and dm are also not far away - so overall a perfect location.
Ich heiße Carla, bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere Maschinenbau im vierten Semester. Da mein Mitbewohner, Moritz, für 7 Monate nach Bordeaux ins Erasmus-Auslandssemester geht, suche ich ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in für die Zeit von September bis März. In einer Zweier-WG kann man sich problemlos auch mal zurückziehen, jedoch finde ich es wichtig, auch gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Wir haben viele Gesellschaftsspiele und öfters kommen Freunde vorbei. Ich bin zwar nicht die beste Köchin, aber gemeinsam kochen macht mir trotzdem viel Spaß.
My name is Carla, I'm 20 years old and I'm studying mechanical engineering in my fourth semester. Since my roommate, Moritz, is going to Bordeaux for 7 months for an Erasmus semester abroad, I am looking for a new roommate for the period from September to March. In a two-person flat-share you can easily have some quiet time from time to time, but I think it is important to spend time together. We have a lot of board games and often friends come over. I am not the best cook, but cooking together is still a lot of fun.
