Ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt, deshalb wird mein großes helles Zimmer in der Rudolfstraße frei, ein echter catch! Die Wohnung hat einen riesigen Balkon, was besonders schön wird wenn du im Frühling einziehst, und ist ansonsten fix und fertig ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchst.
I am moving to another city, that's why my precious bright room is free to rent again, a real catch! The flat has an enormous balcony, which you will enjoy a lot when moving in in spring, besides that everything you need is already provided.
Tolles Hechtviertel, nah zur Neustadt und generell mittendrin. Woanders willst du gar nicht wohnen!
Nah zu Bahnlinie 2, 7 und 8, Lidl und Lidl Bahnhof Neustadt (immer offen, immer gruselig) sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe, mit einem bisschen längeren Spaziergang kannst du auch in der BioCompany, bei Rewe oder Edeka Simmel shoppen gehen.
The flat is located in Hechtviertel, close to Neustadt- you don't wanna live anywhere else in Dresden!
Close to tram 3, 7 and 8, Lidl and Lidl Bahnhof Neustadt (always open, very trashy) are in walking distance, you may also take a little longer walk to BioCompany, Rewe or Edeka Simmel.
Philipp und Tommaso sind beide geniale Doktoranden der Physik. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und unternehmungsfreudig, zu Hause wird gekocht und das ein oder andere Bier oder Wein getrunken, auch könnt ihr zusammen um die Häuser ziehen. Die beiden sprechen deutsch, englisch und Tommaso auch italienisch. Mit den beiden lebst du dich sicher schnell ein.
Philipp and Tommaso are both geniuses= doing their PhDs in physics- they are both really warm and up for a lot of activities- at home they're often cooking and enjoying a beer or wine together, but you may also go out together and get to know Dresden. They'll make you feel at home quite quickly, that's for sure.
