Hallo lieber Mensch,
Unsere Mitbewohnerin Sagit fliegt Heim und wird noch Urlaub machen bevor sie nach Wien am in August/September umzieht. bis dahin möchte sie ihre Sachen da in die Ecke lassen und dann wie sie den Umzug macht wird das komplett frei- wenn es dich stören sollte können wir bestimmt darüber sprechen und eine lösung finden.
Wir sind eine Vegane WG und würden gern auch so bleiben, also wenn du nicht etwas in der richtung bist, passt es uns leider nicht und kannst du dir das schreiben sparen <3
Wir sind Pauline und Georg - Mitte 20 und Mitte 30 - und freuen uns auf einen interessanten Zeit mit dir.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich entspannt, rücksichtsvoll und sozial und wir kochen beide gerne (vegan). Wir nehmen natürlich Rücksicht darauf, dass jede*r in anstrengenden Arbeitsphasen seine Ruhe braucht und auch bekommt. Wenn du also vor allem einen ruhigen Ort zum Studieren suchst, bist du bei uns an der richtigen Adresse! :)
Nun zu dem freien Zimmer:
Parkett, Stuck und zwei große Fenster schaffen auf ca. 22 m² eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Ein 1,80er Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Sofa und ein großen Schrank werden im Zimmer sein.
Nachher wenn du Einziehen möchtest, würde ich schon gerne jmd haben der von mir die Möbel kauft (180/200 cm King Size Bett mit Matratze, Zwei Schränke, Schreibtisch und eine Sofa), und Zwar für 450 Euro. Wir können natürlich darüber Privat sprechen :)
Was gibts sonst zur WG zu wissen?
Wir teilen uns eine Küche mitsamt Geschirrspüler, einen Flur sowie ein kleines feines Bad mit Badewanne. Unsere gesamte Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau, teilweise mit Stuck an den Decken. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und Homeoffice ist hier gut möglich.

Hello fellow human,
Sagit is going on Summer Vacations from the 9.7 and will leave our WG from August/September because of moving to Vienna. Until then, she wants to leave her things in the corner and then when she moves out, it will be completely free - if it bothers you, we can definitely talk about it and find a solution.
We are a vegan shared flat and would like to stay that way, so if you are not in this direction, unfortunately it doesn't suit us and you can save yourself the time of writing us<3
We are Pauline and Georg - mid-20s and mid-30s - and are looking forward to an enjoyable time with you.
Our shared flat life is relaxed, thoughtful, friendly and we both usually like to cook (vegan). Of course, we always have in mind that each of us needs and gets his/her rest during strenuous work phases. So if you are looking for a quiet place to study, this is the right place for you too! :)
Now to the free room:
Parquet, stucco and two large windows create a friendly atmosphere on about 22 m². A 1,80m bed, a closet, a sofa and a desk with a chair will be in the room.
What else is there to know about the WG?
We share a kitchen with dishwasher, a hallway and a small bathroom with bathtub. Our entire apartment is a beautiful old building, partly with stucco on the ceilings. The neighbors are quiet and home office is well possible here.

Die WG liegt mitten im Dresdner subkulturellen Epizentrum, der Neustadt. Hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt: Der Alaunpark, die Dresdner Heide, Bars, Restaurants, Ateliers, Boutiquen, (Bio-)Supermärkte, Spätis, Kinos und Haltestellen sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The accomodation is located in the middle of Dresdens subcultural epicenter, the Neustadt. Here you can find everything your heart desires: The Alaunpark, the Dresdner Heide, bars, restaurants, ateliers, boutiques, (organic) supermarkets, Spätis, cinemas and bus stops are only a few minutes walk away.
