Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Es kommt also viel Sonne herein und man hat einen Blick in den ruhigen Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, aber lässt sich sehr praktisch einrichten und ist somit dennoch geräumig. Die Wohnung ist im Altbau mit hohen Decken und hat einen schönen Dielen Fußboden.
Es gibt einen trockenen Dachboden, um Sachen unterzustellen und einen Hinterhof sowie einen Fahrradschuppen.
Alles in allem ein seltenes günstiges, schönes Zimmer mitten im Herzen der Neustadt.
Nice sunny room (13sqm) which is south orientated provides a bright atmosphere. It's quiet and comfy. It's located in the heart of the district Neustadt. It is a lovely old nice house and the room is very cheap. You can put things in the attic and you can leave your bike in the bike-shed or in the backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG auf der Louisenstraße in der äußeren Neustadt. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck und die Tram ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Verkehrsmäßig ist die Wohnung ideal angebunden.
Zudem ist die Wohngegend allgemein belebt. Zur Zeit natürlich sehr ruhig.
The flat is located on the 1st floor. All shops for daily needs and public transport can be reached within a few minutes. If the bars ever will open again, you will be ideally located.
In der Wg erwarten dich zwei super nette Mitbewohner*innen. Alba ist freischaffende Tänzerin und meist projektbezogen am arbeiten. Peter hat seinen Master in Erziehungspädagogik gemacht und macht nebenbei eine Ausbildung zum Kinder- und Jugendtherapeuten. Wenn es möglich ist spielt er Fussball. Das Wg-Leben ist lebhaft und es wird gerne gemeinsam Zeit in der Küche verbracht. Tür zu machen ist aber auch völlig in Ordnung.
Zudem sind die Nachbar*innen im Haus sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
