Sonniges Zimmer in gemeinschaftlicher Neustadt-Wg am bunten Eck

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am bunten Eck, mitten im Herzen der Neustadt und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Cafes und Bars, das Thalia Kino ist um die Ecke und das Nordbad gleich gegenüber. Der Alaunpark und die Heide sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Am Wochenende ist das Eck sehr belebt und beliebt und auf der Straße steppt der Bär. Da das Zimmer zur Straße geht solltest du dies beachten.

Bahnanbindung (Station Görlitzer Straße: 1 Minute, Bautzner Straße: 5 Min, Bf Neustadt :15 Min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art (REWE, Netto, dm) und alles weitere sind schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is located directly on the buntes Eck, in the heart of Neustadt and thus in close proximity to cafes and bars, the Thalia cinema is around the corner and the Nordbad just across the street. The Alaunpark and the Heide are only a few minutes away.

On weekends, the corner is very busy and popular and the street is a hive of activity. Since the room faces the street, you should be aware of this.

Train connection (station Görlitzer Straße: 1 minute, Bautzner Straße: 5 min, Bf Neustadt :15 min), shopping facilities of all kinds (REWE, Netto, dm) and everything else are quickly accessible.

Wir wünschen uns, dass die WG in ihrer offenen freundschaftlich-familiären-ungezwungenen Art fortbesteht und die Küche weiterhin ein Ort zum zusammen sein, essen und trinken, tanzen und lachen, diskutieren und austauschen bleibt.
Dich erwarten Andi (32, Weltenbummler), May (26, Foodie) und Moritz (28, Naturliebhaber) die drei sind ein eingespieltes Team und freuen sich herzlich auf aufgeschlossenen und interessanten Zuwachs in der Runde!

Es gibt keinen Putzplan, weil für uns zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenleben mehr als das gehört. Egal, ob du tatsächlich gerne das Bad putzt, den WG Einkauf übernimmst, Glaspfand wegkommt, uns mit frischem Kuchen versorgst oder hungrige Bäuche stopfst. Für uns ist wichtig, dass alle versuchen, sich auf ihre Weise einzubringen, um das WG-Leben zu bereichern.

Essen und Haushaltssachen werden überwiegend gemeinschaftlich aus einer gemeinsamen WG-Kasse in der VG etc. besorgt, sodass man sich jederzeit am gut gefüllten Kühlschrank bedienen kann. Wir kochen gerne und oft (vegetarisch) und in der Regel so viel, dass alle was davon haben.

We hope that the WG will continue to exist in its open, friendly, family-like and easy-going way and that the kitchen will remain a place to be together, eat and drink, dance and laugh, discuss and exchange.
Andi (32, globetrotter), May (26, foodie) and Moritz (28, nature lover) are waiting for you. The three of them are a well-rehearsed team and are looking forward to an open-minded and interesting new member!

There is no cleaning schedule, because for us there is more to living together than that. It doesn't matter if you actually like to clean the bathroom, take over the WG shopping, go take out the Glaspfand, provide us with fresh cake or stuff hungry tummies. For us, it's important that everyone tries to contribute in their own way to enrich WG life.

Food and household items are mainly provided jointly from a common WG fund in the VG, etc., so that you can always help yourself to the well-stocked fridge. We like to cook often (vegetarian) and usually enough for everybody.

Du gehst auf die 30 zu und hast keinen Bock mehr auf Ersti-Parties und weißt leckeres Essen und gute Musik zu schätzen?
Uns gehts hier ums Zusammenleben, mit Herz und Spaß und gegenseitiger Bereicherung. Wir freuen uns über Menschen, die eigene Projekte und Interessen mitbringen, umweltbewusst leben wollen, diskussionsfreudig und eher linkspolitisch orientiert sind.

Das Einzugsdatum ist verhandelbar, wenn für dich nur früher oder später in Frage kommen würde finden wir da bestimmt auch eine Lösung.
