Das Zimmer ist ca 11 qm groß, also recht klein, dafür gemütlich und hell (optimal für Pflanzen!!). Wenn man die Möbel gut stellt, hat man auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz (vor allem auch mit dem riesen Wohnzimmer). Da ich aus Deutschland weg ziehe kann ich die Möbel nicht mitnehmen. Ich würde also am liebsten alles (bis auf Bett und Pflanzen) abgeben. Hab einiges bei Amazon geholt und ein paar Sachen auch gratis bekommen, deswegen mache dir auch einen fairen, günstigen Preis. Lass mich doch gerne in deinem Anschreiben wissen, ob Übernahme für dich grundsätzlich vorstellbar wäre bzw. was deine Vorstellungen sind (dann kann ich das einplanen, bevor ich wegziehe).

The room is small and bright, but with a good distribution of furnitures you can still have a comfortable space. And if you like plants, the room receives a lot of sunlight.
As I am moving to another country, unfortunately I cannot take the furnitures with me. So if you are interested, you could keep everything you see in the photos of my room except the bed and the plants! (closet, desk, chair, shelf, carpet and black out curtains) Some things I have bought from Amazon and others had not cost me anything, so I would be happy to make a cheap and accessible price for you.
If you are interested in keeping the furniture, let me know along with your presentation. It's important to me so I can organize everything before I leave.
Wenn du die Neustadt magst, aber nicht so viel Lärm um dich herum haben möchtest, dann ist unser Haus im Hinterhof im Hechtviertel ideal für dich. Nichtmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß und du bist direkt in der Neustadt (Bischofsweg). Die S Bahn Bischofsplatz ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ansonsten fährt hier noch die STR 13, die 7 und die 8. Wir haben hier den Späti unserer Vertrauens um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars und zwei wunderschöne Parks in nächster Nähe.
Zwei Nettos sind 3 min entfernt, zum Rewe brauchst du ungefähr 7.

If you like the Neustadt, but don't want so much noise around you, then our house in the backyard in the Hechtviertel is ideal for you. Not even 10 minutes walk and you are directly in the Neustadt (Bischofsweg). The S Bahn Bischofsplatz is 3 minutes walk away and otherwise the STR 13, the 7 and the 8 goes here. We have here the Späti of our confidence around the corner, shopping, cafes, bars and two beautiful parks in close proximity.
Two Nettos are 3 min away, to the Rewe you need about 7.
Wir gehen alle gerne tanzen, organisieren eigene Parties, hängen ab und an in der Neustadt rum, eine macht Kontaktjonglage, die anderen Legen auf, hier und da mal Sport... auf jeden Fall läuft immer Musik. Genauere Details kannst du ja beim direkten Gespräch erfragen. :)
Wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche, in dem man wunderbar gemeinsam und auch gern mit deinen FreundInnen Zeit verbringen kann. Oft kochen wir hier, quatschen, tanzen, spielen Spiele oder schauen etwas auf dem Beamer zusammen.

We all like to go dancing, organize our own parties, hang out in the new town from time to time, one of us does contact juggling, the others lay on, here and there we do sports... in any case there is always music playing. You can ask for more details in a direct conversation. :)
We have a huge living room with kitchen, where you can spend time together and also with your friends. We often cook, chat, dance, play games or watch something on the projector together.
Die Stimmung bei uns ist immer sehr positiv aber auch bei Problemen wirst du immer ein offenes Ohr finden. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dir das bei einem Kaffee, Weinchen oder Bier einfach mal selber anschaust.
