Das Zimmer besitzt eine Fläche von 11qm und ist 3m hoch. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Osten. Die Bilder deines Zimmers sind nicht ganz aktuell. Das Regal ist durch eine Kommode ersetzt worden. Zusätzlich gibt es nun ein Bett.

Your room has an area of 11 m2, a height of 3m and the windows face east. The pictures of your room are a little bit out-dated. The shelf got replaced by a commode and there is now a bed.
Die Dresdner Neustadt gilt als Szeneviertel und ist für sein buntes Straßenleben und die vielen Bars bekannt. Tritt man aus unserer Wohnung auf die Straße steht man direkt in diesem belebten Gewimmel. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bedient eine große Anzahl an Verbindungen.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Hinterhaus gelegen und zeigt in Richtung Hinterhof. Das heißt, dass es trotz der belebten Straßen so ruhig ist, dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

Dresden Neustadt is an alternative district and is known for its vibrant street life and its pubs.
If you step out of the flat there is a supermarket across the street. The tram station is 5 minutes walk away and has a lot of connections. The flat is located in a rear building. So itˋs very quiet and you can sleep with your window open.
Da meine Freundin für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland ist,möchten wir ein Zimmer untervermieten. Ich würde mich voll freuen, wenn wir gemeinsam etwas unternehmen während du da bist. Aber ganz entspannt, so wie jeder dazu Lust hat.
Auch wenn in der Neustadt gerne viel Alkohol getrunken wird, mag ich es nicht, wenn Menschen betrunkene sind. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du in der WG nicht betrunken bist.
Einen Putzplan für die WG wird es geben.

My girlfriend will be abroad for 6 months. Thatˋs the reason why I search for a flat mate. It would be great if we could do something together (sport, parties, hang out together). But no stress, just as you feel like.
Even Dresden Neustadt is a place where you can find a lot of alcohol, I donˋt like it if people are drunk. It would be nice if youˋre not drunk while you are in the flat.
There will be a cleaning plan.
Der Auszug ist auch Ende Februar möglich. Das können wir im Notfall noch im neuen Jahr festlegen.
