auf Grund eines Praktikums werde ich meine Wohnung für 1 Jahr abgeben müssen. Die 2-Raumwohnung im 50er Jahre Bau hat insgesamt 55qm und liegt in optimaler Lage. Die Wohnung selbst hat Küche und Bad (gefliest) mit Fenster. Die Haltestelle Pirnaischer Platz (Straßenbahnlinien 1,2,3,4,7,12; Bus 62,75) ist gleich auf der anderen Seite der Kreuzung. In der Inneren Altstadt mit Frauenkirche, Zwinger und Co seid ihr auch in Null-Komma-Nichts (auch gleich andere Straßenseite). 50m von der Haustür entfernt befindet sich ein Lidl mit Bäcker und Fleischer. Die Prager Str. mit Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist auch nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Uni ist mit der Bahn auch nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Also, melde dich ruhig, wenn du für ein Jahr hier wohnen willst. ;)
