Du möchtest in eine WG ziehen, hast keine Lust auf eine Zweck-WG und ernährst dich VEGAN/VEGETARISCH? Dann möchte ich dir gerne meine noch unvollständige WG vorstellen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Pirnaischem und Straßburger Platz, nur max. 5 Geh-Minuten von den Linien 1,2,4,10,12,13 und 62 entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in max. 15 Minuten an der TU oder in der Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) auch einige: Netto, Lidl, nen Minimarkt und einen Spätshop. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Nach hinten raus hat man einiges an Grün mit Slackline-geeigneten Bäumen, Grillplätze und einen Spielplatz.
Die Wohnung selbst ist etwa 60qm groß hat zwei gleich große Zimmer (je 16,5 qm), eine Küche (liegt zwischen den Zimmern) und ein Bad (alles mit Fenstern) und zwei winzige Abstellkammern (von der eine als Vorratsschrank verwendet wird). Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, einen Dachboden (zum Wäsche trocknen) und einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller, aus dem bisher auch noch kein Rad verschwunden ist. Die wichtigsten Sachen, die man so im WG-Alltag braucht sind auch schon da (Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, usw.). Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Alles zusammen kostet das ganze etwa 232€ pro Monat.
Ich wünsche mir eine_n unkomplizierte_n Mitbewohner_in, mit vegan / vegetarischer lebensweise (!!!). Es sollte auch mehr als eine Zweck-WG werden. Es wäre schön, wenn du nicht rauchst, oder dies zumindest nicht in der Wohnung tust. Katzen wären ungünstig, da ich etwas allergisch auf die Kleinen reagiere.
Noch ein paar Worte zu mir: Ich studiere an der TU Dresden im Master und schreibe nebenbei noch an meiner Bachelorarbeit. Bin unkompliziert und ausgeglichen. Manchmal bin ich Stubenhocker (Uni-bedingt), manchmal bin ich ständig auf Achse.

I'm offering a nice 16.5sqm room in a 60sqm appartement. It's situated in the heart of Dresden (Altstadt). Public transport (lines 1,2,3,4,7,12,13,62) is only 5 Minutes away. You can get to the Neustadt and the University in just about 15 minutes by bike. Behind the house is a park with bbq places.
Most of the important household items are already there (dishwasher!!!, fridge, washing machine, stove, etc.). The only thing missing is a coffee machine. ;)
There are a few things you might want to consider before contacting me:
- I'd appreciate a non-smoking cohabitee
- Very IMPORTANT: You should be a veg*an (vegetarian or vegan)
- I'd also like to do things together, like cooking, watching movies, meeting other people, etc. (but I get along on my own too, so don't worry about obligations ;)
Some words about me: I'm a master-student of business education at the Dresden University of Technology. I'm also writing on my bachelor-thesis (yes, you can do that here). I am open minded and down-to earth. I like photography and learning something new every day. Oh, and I'm learning Spanish too.
