Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht und war gut gepflegt. Es ist perfekt zum Lernen und Ausruhen, da es nicht zur Hauptallee hin ausgerichtet ist. Grundausstattung komplett möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl, Schreibtisch). 8 Einzelzimmer in der WG teilen sich eine große Küche mit Balkon, wobei das Bad (D/WC/WB) zu zweit genutzt wird
The room has a nice view and was well maintained. It is perfect for studying and resting, as it does not face the avenue. Basic equipment fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelf, table, chair, desk). The 8 single rooms in the WG share a large kitchen with balcony, while the bathroom (D/WC/WB)is used in pairs.
Im Zentrum von Dresden und verkehrsgünstig, wobei die Straßenbahnlinien 3,7,8,9,45 in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Altmarkt- Galerie ist 4 Minuten zum Fuß erreichbar und dabei Pragerstraße. Darüber hinaus ist die Hauptbahnhof in nur 9 min zum Fuß zu erreichen.
In the center of Dresden and conveniently located with tram lines 3,7,8,9,45 within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Altmarkt- Galerie is 4 min walking distance and at the same time Pragerstraße. In addition, the main train station is only 9 min walk.
Das Zimmer ist vor allem für Studenten geeignet. Die Atmosphäre ist reizvoll, da man mit den Mitbewohnern bei einem Bier abhängen, aber auch seine Privatsphäre genießen kann. Es wird dort Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen und das Umfeld ist eher international. Da es eine multikulturelle WG ist, kann man auch vom kulturellen und kulinarischen Austausch profitieren.
The room is mostly suitable for students. The atmosphere is delightful, as you can hang out over beers with the flatmates but also enjoy your privacy. German and English are spoken there and the environment is rather international. Since it is a multicultural WG, you can also benefit from the cultural and cuisine exchange.
