Hello. Renting a nice room in schiller platz. is a 2 room apartment, plus kitchen and bathroom.
Area is super well served, many connections and 5 markets, close to the river.
I'm 36yo working as a scientist. Would prefer open mind people, maybe with a good culture, that like musik/art/movies.. just to have something to talk about from time to time. Rest is quite flexible, you can stay as long as you like, just don't leave a mess in the kitchen or bathroom.
I smoke, you can do what you want.
Would prefer avoiding people that are asocial, psycho cleaner or with no interest other than the gym.
I play musik but I'm not loud at sleeping time. Room is partially furnished, bed, chair and thing to put clothes inside.
