Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und mache eine Lehre zum Zimmerer im 2ten Lehrjahr. Ich hatte bis jetzt immer nur 1 Raum Wohnungen und aufgrund meiner Situation möchte ich ein WG mit ein paar netten Leuten gründen.
Ich hab eine Wohnung in Bühlau gefunden (nahe Haltestelle Grundstr.) welche wirklich gut geschnitten ist und im Preis (bei 3 Leuten) sich gut bezahlen lässt.

Grund für Bühlau : schönes Wohnen auf dem Berg, Bekannte von mir in der Umgebung und gute Möglichkeit "schnell" in die Neustadt zu kommen. Es ist ein ruhiges wohnen da oben.
Ich hoffe das ich hier die Anzeige richtig erstellt habe und sich vielleicht ein paar Leute für interessieren.
Mit Internet und Strom wäre man bei 3 Leuten bei einer Warmmiete von ca 230€.
