Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und verfügt über ein Hochbett (siehe Bilder). Abgesehen davon wird es unmöbliert vermietet. Das Zimmer verfügt über 2 Fenster, die zum Sonnenaufgang hin ausgerichtet sind und 2 Türen, wobei eine davon in den Flur und eine direkt in die Küche führt.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Mikrowelle.
Du kannst dein Fahrrad in einen Schuppen stellen und es gibt auch einen Abstellraum.
The apartement is on second floor. The room is 20 m2 and comes with a loft bed (see pictures). Appart from the bed, there is no furtniture in the room. The room has 2 windows that face in the direction of sunrise and 2 doors, whereby one leads to the hallway and one directly to the kitchen.
The kitchen and bathroom come fully furnished, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave.
You can store your bicycle in a shed and also there is a storage room.

Die wohnung liegt nur 3 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Plauen entfernt. So kann man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fahren. Die Linien 63,62 und 85 sind auch direkt vor der Wohnung, unter dem S Bahnhof zu finden. Mit dem Bus 85 erreicht man die wichtigsten Gebäude der TU Dresden. Viele Gebäude der TU (z.B Falkenbrunnen ca. 10 min) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem Nahrungsquell, Netto und Lidl. Auch viele Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.
The apartment is situated just 3 minutes from the s bahnhof plauen. This allows you to travel directly to hauptbahnhof (city center). The bus number 63,62 and 85 are also available just in front of the apartment, below the s bahn station. The bus 85 takes you to major tu dresden buildings. Many other TU buildings are easy to reach by walking (e.g. Falkenbrunnen 10 min). There are many grocery stores in walking distance, like Nahrungsquell, Lild and Netto. Also, there is a variaty of restaurants right around the place.
Ich lebe seit einem Jahr in dieser Wohnung. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin zieht ins Ausland, wodurch ihr Zimmer nun frei wird.
Ich lebe seit etwa 5 Jahren in Deutschland und mache gerade meinen PhD in Computational Neuroscience. Ich bin eine sehr aktive Person, die gerne Sport macht und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen besucht. Ich arbeite die meiste Zeit der Woche, so dass die Interaktionen während des Tages begrenzt sind, aber ich genieße es, mit Menschen an den Wochenenden zu sprechen, wenn ich mehr Zeit habe. Ich selbst bin eine nicht-binäre neurodivergente Person und freue mich jeden hier willkommen zu heißen.

Ich bin derzeit der Hauptmieter und suche eine Person zur Untermiete. Ich kann alle Dokumente vorlegen, die für eine ordnungsgemäße Anmeldung bei der Stadt benötigt werden. Ich werde auf längere Zeit, mindestens aber bis zum Ende meiner Promotion hier wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist LGBTQ+ /FLINTA* freundlich, da ich der Community angehöre. Ich suche daher eine Person, die die Community respektiert.
I am currently the main tenant and I am looking for a sub tenant. I can provide all the documents that are needed for a proper city registration. I will be living here for the next years, at least untill the end of my phd .
