I would like to sub-rent a room in my apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet parallel road to Nurnberger Strasse which can be easily accessed by Tram 3 and 8 and Bus 61. It takes about 12 minutes by
walk to the main station and to Rewe and Lidl. The nearest bakery is 5 min away. It is always easy to find parking places on the street. A student bar "Campus" is around the corner (4 minutes) which often plays Football.
The apartment is completely furnished and has a big bright balcony that leads to a living room which has a big L-shaped convertible sofa. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom has a bathtub
and is furnished with cupboards and a washing machine. There is a possibility to dry the clothes in the attic. There is also some storage space in the attic is available.
The room is small but is the sunniest and is furnished with a bed, a large cupboard and a table.
I have been living in Dresden for a while now and am a friendly guy that can recommend cool places to go to for drinking
and dancing :)

Hallo,
ich möchte einen Raum in meiner Wohnung vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zur Nürnberger Straße, die sich bequem mit den Straßenbahnlinien 3 und 8 sowie mit der
Buslinie 61 erreichen lässt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sowie Rewe und Lidl sind es ca. 12 Gehminuten, zur nächsten Bäckerei 5 Minuten. Es ist immer einfach, Parkplätze auf der Straße zu finden. Eine Studentenbar "Campus" ist gleich um die Ecke (4 Minuten).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat einen großen, hellen Balkon, der zu einem Wohnzimmer mit einem großen L-förmigen Schlafsofa führt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und einem Backofen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer
verfügt über eine Badewanne, Schränke und Waschmaschine etc. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Kleidung auf dem Dachboden zu trocknen, dort ist auch Stauraum vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber es ist das sonnigste und ist mit einem Bett und einem großen Schrank ausgestattet.
Ich lebe seit einiger Jahren in Dresden und bin ein freundlicher Typ, der coole Orte zum Trinken und Tanzen empfehlen kann
