18 qm großes 2er WG-Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick zur Altstadt in Dresden Johannstadt. Das Haus an der Trinitatiskirche gehört dem Studentenwerk, darum ist eine Untervermietung nur an Studenten möglich.
Das Gebäude ist schon recht alt und hat durch die Jahre schon an der ein oder anderen Ecke seine Macken. So ist die Innengestaltung der Flure etc. nicht mehr modern. Die Zimmer sind jedoch frei gestaltbar und hier kann man verändern, was man möchte und es sich selbst gemütlich machen. Die WG liegt im 12. Stock mit Blick Richtung Süd-Westen. Vom Mittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang kommt viel Licht in das Zimmer, sodass es sehr hell ist und dazu einlädt sich auf den Balkon zu setzen.

18 sqm large two-people WG room with balcony with view to the old town in Dresden Johannstadt. The house at the Trinitatischurch belongs to the Studentenwerk, therefore subletting is only possible for students!
The building is already quite old and has its quirks through the years. The interior design of the corridors etc. is no longer modern. However, the rooms are freely designable and here you can modify what you want and make yourself comfortable. The WG is located on the 12th floor with a view to the south-west. From midday until sunset there is a lot of light in the room, so it is very bright and it invites you to sit on the balcony.
Zentrale Wohnlage knapp 15 min von Dresdens Alt- und Neustadt entfernt. Direkte Anbindung an die Straßenbahn Linie 6 (Halltestelle Trinitatisplatz direkt vor der Haustür). In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte (EDEKA, REWE, Netto) sowie Bäcker und Bistros (in der Nähe des Uniklinikums). Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar am Straßburger Platz (Fahrrad) oder der Schillergallerie (Straßenbahn).
Ansonsten nahe gelegen zum Großen Garten und an der Elbe (sehr schön zur Erholung).

Central residential area just 15 min from Dresden's districts old town and Neustadt. Direct connection to the tram line 6 (station Trinitatisplatz directly in front of the building). Nearby are numerous grocery stores (EDEKA, REWE, Netto) as well as bakers and bistros (near the university hospital). Larger shopping facilities can be reached quickly at the Straßburger Platz (by bicycle) or the Schillergallerie (by tram).
Otherwise the flat is in close distance to the Großer Garten and the river Elbe (very nice for recreation).

Bad und Küche werden geteilt, die Zimmer sind nicht sehr hellhörig, sodass man sich zum Lernen auch in Ruhe mal zurückziehen kann.
