Aufgrund von beruflicher Neuorientierung bin ich auf der Suche nach eine/r WG Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr Zentral gelegen und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Bahnhof direkt vor der Haustür. Zudem ist die Wohnung bei geschlossenen Fenstern stark Geräusche isolieren und bietet einen Schönen Ausblick durch die Panorama Fassade.
Zur Vermietung steht das Wohnzimmer. Welches nicht gerade Optimal für eine langzeit WG wäre. Doch auf Wunsch könnte es sich auch anbieten dies durch eine Seperate Trennwand als Wg auszubauen. Bei Interesse oder weiteren Fragen Stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
