Hallo lieber WG-Suchender!
Im September steht mein WG-Zimmer frei, da ich für ein Praktikum den Monat nicht in Dresden bin. Für die Zeit würde ich mich freuen, wenn jemand das Zimmer und die Miete übernehmen kann ^^. Es ist 25 m^2 groß und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Fernseher, etc.. Das Zimmer liegt ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und man kann nachts mit offenem Fenster problemlos schlafen.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mit einer großen Küche und einem kleinen Balkon, wo wir uns pflanzentechnisch ausprobieren.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein weiteres WC und einen sehr großen Flur.
Wir sind eigentlich gut ausgestattet und haben eine Waschmaschine (in einer kleinen Abstellkammer), Geschirrspüler, alle erdenklichen Haushaltsgeräte etc..

Hello dear WG-searcher!
During September, my room in our flat will be vacant, because I'll be doing an internship outside of Dresden. During this time I'd be happy, if someone could take my room and pay the rent for this month. It's 25 m^2 big and has everything you need for living: a bed, a desk, a commode, TV, etc.. The room is located calmly, facing to the courtyard. And you have no problems to sleep with the windows open at night.
The flat is spacious, with a big kitchen and a small balcony, where our plants grow happily.
We have a bath, with shower and bathtub, a further toilet and a very spacious hallway.
We are well equipped with a washing machine (in a small storage room), a dish washer and more stuff for the household.
Die Wohnung ist an der Grenze zur Inneren Neustadt gelegen. Die Lage ist ruhig, dafür ist man schnell in der Äußeren Neustadt und hat zu allem kurze Wege.
Man ist schnell an den Tram-Stationen mit den Linien 6, 11 und 13 und in 5 Minuten am Albertplatz. Auch zur Elbe ist es ein Fußweg von 5 Minuten.
Rewe, DM und ein Späti sind direkt um die Ecke. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im auch im nahen Umkreis.

The flat is located at the border to "Innere Neustadt". It's calm, but you're in the heart of the Neustadt very fast and you have short ways to almost everything.
You're at the tram-stations with the lines 6, 11 and 13 very quickly and in 5 minutes at the Albertplatz. To the Elbe it's also 5 minutes by foot.
Rewe, DM and a "Späti" are right around the corner. Further shopping opportunities are in close distance.
In der WG wären, außer dir, noch 3 Personen.
Das sind Lúcia, Borja und Philipp.
Lúcia und Borja arbeiten beide für die Universität und machen ihr PhD. Philipp arbeitet für ein Start-Up. Jetzt im Sommer sind alle irgendwie mal hier und mal da. Sonst ist der Alltag und Umgang miteinander sehr entspannt. Jeder hat seine eigenen Aufgaben und Sachen zu tun, trotzdem treffen und quatschen wir regelmäßig in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon und kochen auch mal zusammen, wenn es passt.
Da Borja erst seit kürzerem in Deutschland ist, sprechen wir meistens zusammen Englisch.
Wir wollen uns zu Hause wohl fühlen, daher ist uns eine gewisse Ordnung und Gemütlichkeit in den gemeinsamen Räumen auch wichtig. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist auch, dass wir eine Haushaltshilfe haben, die einmal die Woche kommt. Da würden nochmal 30€ auf dich zukommen, die du einmal zahlst. Wenn du das nicht möchtest, ist das auch kein Problem. Dann übernehme ich das nochmal für den Monat.

That's Lúcia, Borja and Philipp.
Lúcia and Borja work at university, they're doing their PhD. Philipp works for a start-up company. In the summer everybody is doing stuff here and there. But normally the everyday living is relaxed. Everybody has its own stuff to do, still we're meeting and chatting regularly in the kitchen or the balcony and cook together if possible.
We want to feel like home here, so it's important that there's a certain order and comfort in the common rooms. Importen is also to tell, that we have a home help. She's coming once a week. And it would cost you 30€ once. If you don't want to pay that, that's no problem either. Then I'll take it for the month.
