Hallo zukünftiger Anwohner der Laubestraße!
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 16.01. frei, aber da das nun schon echt knapp ist, kannst du auch im Laufe des Februars einziehen, wenn es dir besser passt. Du würdest erst ab dem Zeitpunkt miete zahlen.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss. Du wirst mein Zimmer (16qm) übernehmen, allerdings anders als auf den Fotos unmöbliert (!). Die Klimmzugstange über der Tür kann ich dir aber gerne kostenlos überlassen, wenn du möchtest.
Das Zimmer ist nahezu quadratisch und hat zwei Fenster, über die reichlich Licht hereinkommt. Die Wohnung hat noch zwei weitere Zimmer, ein größeres und ein kleineres, in denen deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner leben.
Mit denen teilst du dir eine Küche, die alles hat, was man so braucht.
Hello future resident of Laubestreet!
I'm looking for someone who wants to have my room. I will have moved out by January 15th, but if it is more convienient for you, you may move in in February. Until you move in, I will cover the rent.
The appartement is on the first floor. You will live in what is at the moment my room (16qm), but, not like in the photos, it will have no furniture (!). But if you want to, I can leave the pull up bars that are mounted above the door for you, for free.
The rooms layout is almost quadratic and it has two windows, they provide plenty of light. The appartement has two more rooms, a bigger one and a smaller one, which are inhabited by your future flatmates.
There is also a kitchen that you share with your two flatmates, and that has everything a kitchen needs.
Johannstadt ist eine ruhige Gegend, die Wohnung ist außerdem an einer kleineren Straße gelegen, sodass es keinerlei Lärm gibt.
Läuft man 3min zu Fuß ist man aber auch schon an einer größeren Straße (Borsbergstraße), wo es eine Nahverkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 10, Buslinie 64) und einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, unter anderem ein Kaufland.
Vielleicht 10min zu Fuß, 5min joggend, ist der Große Garten entfernt - ein sehr schöner und großer Park.
Die Lage ist besonders geeignet für Studenten oder Arbeitskräfte am Universitätsklinikum, dieses ist mit dem Rad in etwas über 5min zu erreichen, oder mit dem Bus in 10min.
Johanncity is a calm area, furthermore the appartment is situated on a smaller street, so there really is no noise at all.
If you walk for 3min, you are on a bigger street (Borsbergstreet), where there is a Tram (10 & 4) and Bus (64) Station and there are some shops, one of them is a Kaufland.
If you walk 10 minutes, or jog 5 minutes, you will arrive at Großer Garten (literally: Great Garden), a wonderful and big park. It's so big that joggin one round takes almost an hour.
Living here is especially practical for people that study or work at the university clinic - you can reach it in a little more than 5 minutes by bike, or in 10 minutes by Bus.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Friedrich und Kevin, beide 23 Jahre alt. Kevin wird ebenfalls im Laufe des Februars ausziehen. Friedrich studiert und ist ein freundlicher Mensch.
Das zusammenleben war bisher ruhig, wir sind alle weitestgehend unseren eigenen Dingen nachgegangen.
My flatmates are Friedrich and Kevin, both are 23 years of age. Kevin will move out in February, too.
Friedrich is a university student and a kind person.
Life in the appartement has been calm, we mostly kept to ourselves.
