Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und wird vollmöbliert vermietet. Es ist sehr schön hell und ruhig, da die Straße wenig befahren ist. Folgende Möbel sind vorhanden: Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Schreibtischstuhl, Kommode.

The room is about 14 sqm and is rented fully furnished. It is very nice and bright and quiet, because the street is not very busy. The following furniture is available: Closet, desk, bed, desk chair, dresser.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten vom Elbufer und dem Uniklinikum entfernt. Die Buslinie 62 ist ebenfalls in weniger als 5 min zu erreichen. In die Neustadt sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad und zur TU Dresden ca. 20-25 min.
Das Viertel ist insgesamt eher ruhig, da hier viele Familien wohnen.

The apartment is only a few minutes away from the Elbe and the University Hospital. The bus line 62 is also less than 5 min away. To the Neustadt it is about 10 min by bike and to the TU Dresden about 20-25 min.
The neighborhood is overall rather quiet, as many families live here.
Da meine Freundin für ein halbes Jahr ein Praktikum in Berlin absolviert, möchte ich die Wohnung wieder zu einer WG umfunktionieren. Seit kurzem wohnt bereits ein Mitbewohner (Paul aus Griechenland) hier. Ich beginne im Sommer meine Diplomarbeit und Paul macht ein Praktikum am Fraunhofer Institut. Wir werden deswegen tagsüber die meiste Zeit nicht zu Hause sein. Trotzdem wäre es schön, abends öfter zusammen zu kochen oder mal rauszugehen.

Since my girlfriend is doing an internship in Berlin for half a year, I would like to turn the apartment back into a shared apartment. A roommate (Paul from Greece) has already been living here for a short time. I will start my diploma thesis in summer and Paul is doing an internship at the Fraunhofer Institute. Therefore we won't be at home most of the time during the day. Nevertheless, it would be nice to cook together more often in the evenings or to go out sometimes.
