Das Zimmer zeigt nach Südwesten, demnach Tagsüber schön hell. Im Sommer ist es dennoch angenehm, da das Haus gut gedämmt ist.
Ca. 13m², aber dank Hochbett geräumig, was ich dir überlassen würde. Die komplette Wohnung ist ca. 127m² groß, mit großer Wohnküche, großem Flur, 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Wanne und einer Loggia zur Mitbenutzung.
Eine komplett eingerichtete Küche ist vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd (Ceran) und Mikrowelle) und eine Waschmaschine steht auch im Bad.

Fahren direkt vor der Tür (ist aber kaum hörbar, da das Zimmer zur Rückseite raus zeigt)
