Zimmer zum Teilen in einer netten WG/A room for sharing in a nice flat

Lage
Wir wohnen in einer alten sanierten Druckerei - der ehemalige Schornstein ist noch das Überbleibsel vom Industrie-Charm. Hier wohnen nur WGs - viele davon ähnlich groß und die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Hinter dem Haus ist das Gelände des alten Leipziger Bahnhofs - eine schöne Brachfläche, die zum Sträunern, Yoga Stunden oder Brombeer pflücken einläd. Einmal aus der Tür gesprungen und schon bist du an der Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis sind auch nicht weit. Zur Elbe brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Den Neustädter Bahnhof erreichst du in 7 Minuten zu Fuß und die äußere Neustadt in 15 Minuten.

We live in an old, renovated print factory - the former chimney is still a remnant of the industrial charm. Only shared flats live here - many of them are similar in size and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Behind the house is the site of the old Leipzig train station - a beautiful wasteland that invites you to snuggle up, take yoga classes or pick blackberries. Jump out the door once and you're on the tram. Also shops and late night shops are not far away. You need 5 minutes to get to the Elbe by bike. You can reach the Neustadt train station in 7 minutes on foot and the outer Neustadt in 15 minutes.

WG-Leben
Bei uns geht es sehr entspannt zu, soll aber nicht heißen hier wär nix los. Mittlerweile sind wir auch groß geworden und daher eine komplette Berufstätigen-WG, sind aber offen für jede*n. Wir unternehmen sehr gerne Dinge gemeinsam (z.B. kochen, schmausen, saunieren, Ausflüge aufs Erdbeerfeld oder zu Konzerten) und führen ein harmonisches und unkompliziertes WG-Leben.

Wir verfolgen in der WG das Lebensmittel-Sharing. Jede Person kauft ein und wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel, gekochtwird dafür häufig gleich für die ganze Bande. Mit dabei ist auch leckeres Gemüse aus einer solidarischen Landwirtschaft, zudem haben wir eine WG-Mitgliedschaft in der VG Biomarkt.

Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die*der Lust auf Menschen hat, für Quatsch zu haben ist und mit ihrer*seiner eigenen Art den Haufen hier noch bunter macht. Wir bieten ein aufgeschlossenes, interessiertes und entspanntes Zuhause. Wir sind:

Moritz, der Flammkuchenbäcker, spielt Trompete im Orchester, ist politisch und ehrenamtlich sehr engagiert, jongliert mit Formeln und Zahlen, fährt gerne Ski und sorgt stets dafür, dass die WG alle Tassen im Schrank hat.

Lisa, die Pianistin, ihr feiner Geschmackssinn verzaubert so manches Gericht, bouldert gerne, schwingt das Tanzbein, mag Kaffee am liebsten mit Milchschaum, is(s)t oft den ganzen Vormittag am Frühstückstisch und hat die innovativsten Verkehrskonzepte.

Marvin, der Organizer, hat immer ein Projekt am laufen, heimwerkt gerne, mag Festivals, hat mit seinem Curved Monitor alles im Blick, testet gerne viel aus und sorgt für reibungslose Escapes.

Jonas, der Explorer, erkundet gerne Höhlen und unberührte Landschaften, hat alles in seinem Zimmer weiß aber nicht immer wo, hat für jedes Problem eine zündende Idee, ob das auch immer die Richtige ist, könnt ihr selbst herausfinden.

Hanna, die Recyclistin, trifft gerne Entscheidungen, kann sich bei einer Runde Pole-Dance gut bei der Stange halten, hat am liebsten alle um sich herum, malt die buntesten Schaubilder, friert oft, engagiert sich für die Umwelt und dank ihr wissen wir nun alle was Rezyklate sind. Hanna arbeitet unter der Woche in Merseburg und teilt sich daher ihr Zimmer mit

Luzi, die Künstlerin, ist an mehreren Orten gleichzeitig zuhause, freischaffende Künstlerin mit Atelier in Leipzig, gibt ihr Wissen gerne an andere weiter und bringt immer neue Perspektiven ins Spiel.

Ab Mai wird noch eine weitere Zwischenmiete bei uns einziehen, da Jonas für 4 Monate unterwegs sein wird.
Diese Person kennen wir auch noch nicht und sind auf der Suche.

We're very relaxed, but that doesn't mean there's nothing going on here. In the meantime we have also grown up and are therefore a complete working flat share, but we are open to everyone. We like to do things together (e.g. cooking, feasting, sauna, trips to the strawberry field or to concerts) and lead a harmonious and uncomplicated flat share life.

We follow food sharing in the flat. Each person shops and we share our groceries, often cooking for the whole gang at once. There are also delicious vegetables from a solidarity farm, and we also have a flat share membership in the VG Biomarkt.

We are looking for a roommate who enjoys meeting people, is open to nonsense and who makes the crowd here even more colorful with her/his own way. We offer an open-minded, interested and relaxed home. We are:

Moritz, the tarte flambée baker, plays the trumpet in the orchestra, is very involved in politics and volunteer work, juggles with formulas and numbers, likes to ski and always makes sure that the flat share has all the cups in the cupboard.

Lisa, the pianist, her fine sense of taste enchants many a dish, likes to boulder, likes coffee with milk froth, often eats at the breakfast table all morning and has the most innovative transport concepts.

Marvin, the organizer, always has a project going on, likes to do DIY, likes festivals, has everything in view with his curved monitor, likes to test a lot and ensures smooth escapes.

Jonas, the explorer, likes to explore caves and untouched landscapes, has everything in his room but doesn't always know where, has a brilliant idea for every problem, you can find out for yourself whether it's always the right one.

Hanna, the recyclist, likes to make decisions, can hold her own during a round of pole dancing, likes to have everyone around her, paints the most colorful diagrams, often freezes, is committed to the environment and thanks to her we now know all that are recyclates. Hanna works in Merseburg during the week and therefore shares her room

Luzi, the artist, is at home in several places at the same time, freelance artist with a studio in Leipzig, likes to pass on her knowledge to others and always brings new perspectives into play.

Another intermediate rate will move in with us in May, as Jonas will be on the road for 4 months.
We don't know this person yet and are looking for one as well.
