Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, mit Ausblick auf den Garten. Die Möbel sind in einen sehr guten Zustand und ich würde gerne die hier lassen, gegen Ablöse..
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und in der kleiner Küche befindet ist eine große Einbauküche mit Geräte und Spülmaschine, die aller Mitbewohner gehört. Die Abstandzahlung dafür ist 150€ inkl die Waschmaschine, die sich im Bad befindet.

The room is bright and quiet, overlooking the garden. The furniture is in very good condition and I would like to leave it here for a fee.
The apartment is cozy and in the kitchen there is a large fitted cooktop with appliances and a dishwasher, which belongs to all roommates. The payment for this is 150 € including the washing machine, which is located in the bathroom.
Die Lage ist super gut und sehr ruhig. Die Haltestelle von der 62(richtung Altstadt) und 90( Richtung Tharandter Strasse/Bahnhof Mitte) ist vor der Haustür! Die S-Bahn Haltestelle von Plauen ist auch in der Nähe, sowie die Uni! Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The location is super good and very quiet. The bus stop for the 62 (direction Altstadt) and 90 (direction Tharandter Strasse / Bahnhof Mitte) is at the doorstep! The S-Bahn stop Plauen is also nearby, as well as the university! The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes walk away.
In der WG sind wir alle Studenten, die aus verschieden Länder kommen. Hier wird Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch gesprochen :)
Am besten melde dich einfach wenn du interessiert bist und machen wir ein Termin aus, wo du einfach vorbei kommen kannst, die Wohnung anschauen und die WG kennen lernen!
