Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (1. Stock Souterrain) und besicht eine große Wohnküche.
Das Zimmer bietet mit 16m^2 ausreichend Platz um auch einen Wäscheständer aufzustellen (Waschmaschine in Wohnung vorhanden).
Die 2 Fenster zeigen Richtung Westen und zur Straße raus. Die Straße ist aber nicht viel befahren, also es gibt kaum Lärm.
Meine Möbel würde ich während meiner Abwesenheit natürlich leeren, also es gibt genügend Stauraum.

The apartment is located on the first floor (1st floor basement) and besicht a large kitchen-living room.
The room offers with 16m^2 enough space to put up also a clothes horse (washing machine available in apartment).
The 2 windows face west and out to the street. However, the street is not busy, so there is hardly any noise.
I would empty my furniture during my absence of course, so there is enough space.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, da die Haltestelle Tharandter Straße nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Zusem gibt es auch die Haltestellen Fabrikstraße und Oederaner Straße mit jeweils 3 Minuten Fusweg entfernt. Insgesamt ist man mit den Linien 6,7,12, 61, 63 und 85 sehr gut angebundene, zudem gibt es auch noch überregionale Busse.
Auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Löbtau-Passage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Darunter auch Rewe, DM, eine Apotheke und mehrerer gastronomische Einrichtungen.

The transport connection is very good, because the stop Tharandter Straße is only about 5 minutes walk away. Zusem there are also the stops Fabrikstraße and Oederaner Straße with each 3 minutes walk away. Overall, one is very well connected with the lines 6,7,12, 61, 63 and 85, in addition, there are also interregional buses.
Also only 5 minutes away is the Löbtau-Passage with many shopping opportunities. Including Rewe, DM, a pharmacy and several reataurants.
Das WG Leben ist äußerst entspannt bei uns .Phong (26) hat gerade seinen Diplomarbeit abgegeben und Tim (27) befindet sich am Ende seines Maschinenbau Studiums.
Beide unterhalten sich gern und sind sehr umgänglich :D
Wir kochen gern mal gemeinsam, es ist aber auch kein Problem wenn man einfach nur in seinem Zimmer sein möchte.

The life in oir shared appartement is really relaxed. Phong (26) has just handed in his thesis and Tim (27) is at the end of his mechanical engineering studies.
Both like to talk and are very sociable :D
We like to cook together, but it's also no problem if you just want to be in your room.
