Im schönen Löbtau habe ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zu vergeben. Es ist voll möbliert und euch erwartet eine sehr aufgeschlossene bunte WG in der man auch gern mal ein paar Bier zusammen trinkt, die Zusammenkunft genießt oder gemeinsam weggeht, seien es Konzerte oder Partys.
Wir freuen uns über nette Menschen.
In the beautiful district of Löbtau in Dresden you can rent my room during 6 months in the time from ca. 15th september to 15. march
You will meet very nice tolerant colourful people which would appreciate to talk with you or show you the Dresden Nightlife. ;)
Von hier aus kommst du eigentlich überall hin. Mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zur Uni, ins Zentrum oder in die Neustadt. Die Bahnhaltestelle für 12,6 und 7 ist ebenfalls gleich in der nächsten Straße. Für Lebensmittel und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es im direkten Umfeld genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
It doesn`t matter where you want to go, you`ll get there in a few minutes. University, city center or the clubbing and party quarter "Neustadt" are just 10 minutes by tram or bike. The next tramstation is just a stone`s throw away. For Food and Goods are enough shops in the immediate environment.
