Das Zimmer hat 10 qm, ein großes Fenster zur Nordseite und ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Änderungen im Zimmer können nach eigenem Geschmack vorgenommen werden. Es passen gut Schrank, Tisch und Bett rein. Wegen des großen Wohnzimmers, benötigt man eigentlich nicht mehr platz, da Besuch immer im Gemeinschaftsraum willkommen ist ;) Das Zimmer ist ohne Möbel.
The room has 10 square meters, a big window to the north side and has a carpet. You can change the room however you like (like change the carpet or paint the walls). For a closet, a desk and a bed is as enough space there. Caused by the big living room you actually don´t need more space because visitors are always welcome in the community room ;) The room is without furniture.
Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Conertplatz (Linie 12 - 2 Minuten zu Fuß), Malterstraße (Linien 6 und 7 - 6 Minuten zu Fuß) und Pennricher Straße (Linie 2 - 6 Minuten zu Fuß). Damit hat man eine super Anbindung zu allen Teilen der Stadt. In 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum und in 18 Minuten in der Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Kaufland, Rewe, Apotheke, Drogerie...) sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Park ist direkt vor der Haustür.
The next tram stations are Conertplatz (Tram 12 - 2 minutes to walk), Malterstraße (Trams 6 and 7 - 6 minutes to walk) and Pennricher Straße (Tram 2 - 6 minutes to walk). So you have a really good connection to every part of the city. To go to the center you just need 10 minutes and to reach the Neustadt just 18 minutes. A little park is directly in front of the house.
Im ersten Monat würdest du mit mir, Linda (27 Jahre, Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) und Ali (20 Jahre, Studienbewerbungen laufen) leben. Ali wird ende September ausziehen, deshalb werden wir einen weiteren neuen Mitbewohner suchen. Ich suche Leute mit denen man auch gern zusammensitzt, gemeinsam kocht, ausgeht oder einen Spieleabend machen kann. Ich finde es schön, wenn man nicht nur zusammen wohnt, sondern gemeinsam wohnt.
During the first month you´ll life with me, Linda (27 years, studies: industrial engineering) and Ali (20 years, applying for studies). Ali will move at the end of September, so we have to find a new flatmate. I´m searching for people with whom it´s nice to sit together, cook together, go out or play some games. For me its really nice not just to share a flat but to live together.
Der jetzige Bewohner des Zimmers wird seine Waschmaschine mitnehmen, aber ich werde hoffentlich schnell eine Alternative finden. Für den Übergang gibt es einen Waschsalon nicht weit entfernt. Ich hatte mal Katzen hier, deshalb sind die Wände ein wenig zerkratzt^^

The current roomie will take the washing machine, bit I´ll hopefully find an alternative very fast. Until we have a new one, there is a washing saloon close to here. I had cats one day, so the walls are a little bit destroyed^^^
