4er WG Löbtau am Grünen sucht neue_n Mitbewohner_in

Zunächst: Wir sind eine politische WG, bitte sag uns im anschreiben was dich am Text interessiert hat. Aus Zeitgründen werden wir keine Standard-Anfragen beantworten, sorry.

Hallo,

wir sind drei Zweibeiner und ein Hund und suchen eine_n vierte_n Mitbewohner_in für unser über 20qm großes Zimmer.

Wir sind Mo, Momo und Wolf. Wir stehen auf Musik (HipHop, Pop, Neofolk, Postblackmetall, R&B, E-Punk, Punk, Techno und anderes), Politik (Feminismus, Gewerkschaft, Antifaschismus etc.), teilweise Sport (klettern, wandern, tanzen gehen) und ein herzliches, solidarisches Zusammenwohnen. Wir sind zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren alt.

In die Hausarbeit und Kosten teilen wir uns im wesentlichen gemeinsam, wir sind teilweise Raucher_innen und rauchen in der Küche, leben vegan/vegetarisch, sitzen gerne beieinander aber sind auch alle wegen Arbeit und anderen Aktivitäten viel unterwegs.

Mit deinem Einzug hätten wir Lust noch mal ein wenig zu reparierien, renovieren und zu dekorieren, so dass du dich gestalterisch auch schnell in unseren vier Wänden wiederfinden kannst.

Unsere Küche hat ca. 20qm, wir haben Spülmaschine, im Bad eine feine Badewanne mit Abendsonne. Dazu gibt es einen geräumigen Dachboden. Direkt daneben erstreckt sich der wunderschöne Annenfriedhof. Bis zur Haltestelle (6,7,12) sind es 3 Minuten (gerade allerdings Baustelle), bis zur Uni mit dem Rad 10 Min, mit dem Bus 15 Min, bis zum ReWe 5 Min. Wir leben in einer solidarischen Nachbarschaft mit Nachbarschaftscafé (10 Min), Hausprojekten, Werkstätten, Ateliers in die wir dich gerne einführen wenn du magst.

we are three two-legged friends and a dog and are looking for a fourth flatmate for our room which is over 20 sqm large.

We are Mo, Momo and Wolf between 20 and 30. We like music (HipHop, Pop, Neofolk, Postblackmetall, R&B, E-Punk, Punk, Techno and others), politics (Feminism, Trade Union, Antifascism etc.), partly sport (climbing, hiking, dancing) and a cordial, solidarity living together.

In the housework and costs we share ourselves essentially together, we are partly smokers and smoke in the kitchen, live vegan/vegetarian, like to sit together but are also all because of work and other activities a lot on the way.

With your move in we would like to repair, renovate and decorate a bit more, so that you can quickly find yourself in our four walls.

Our kitchen has approx. 20qm, we have dishwasher, in the bathroom a fine bathtub with evening sun. In addition there is a spacious attic. Right next to it is the beautiful Annenfriedhof (inner cemetery). To the bus stop (6,7,12) it is 3 minutes (but just construction site), to the university by bike 10 min, by bus 15 min, to the ReWe 5 min. We live in a solidary neighborhood with neighborhood cafe (10 min), house projects, workshops, studios in which we like to introduce you if you like.
