Das Zimmer hat wie der Rest der Wohnung hohe Decken und ist mit Stuck verziert. Die Wohnung ist im EG, aber nicht ebenerdig, sondern etwas erhöht. Die Küche ist noch keine 4 Jahre jung und die Wohnung hat Zugang zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Garten sowie eine eigene kleine Terrasse.

The room and the entire flat has high ceilings and is located on the ground floor but is elevated slightly. The kitchen is fairly new and the flat has a little terrace as well as a shared garden.
Die TU Dresden ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10min zu erreichen.
Verschiedene Buslinien in direkter Umgebung: 85 und 61 (beide zur TU Dresden), 90, 63
Der Knotenpunkt Tharandter Straße ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Dort sind die Bahnlinien 6 (direkt zur Neustadt), 7 (zum Bahnhof), 12 (in die Stadt/Postplatz), sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, dm, Rossmann, Bäcker, Metzger), Post und verschiedene Banken.
Sonst sind noch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Netto und diverse Bäcker in der Nähe.

The TU Dresden is reachable in 10min by bike.
There are many different Bus and Tram lines close by, making the University comfortable to reach, as well as the Neustadt, the Main Station and the Inner City. There is also a variety of different shopping opportunities for essentials as well as some non-essentials (some of the stores: Rewe x2, Aldi, Netto, dm, Rossmann, many many Bakeries, ...)
Ich bin Noemi, 22 Jahre alt und wohne seit Anfang meines Informatik Studiums in 2017 in Dresden. Mittlerweile bin ich im Master Studium. Ich kenn mich also schon etwas an der TU Dresden und in Dresden selbst aus, falls du den ein oder anderen Tipp willst :)
In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne und schau viele Serien und Filme (wer tut das aber nicht in Corona Zeiten :D), sonst koche ich auch immer mal gerne, weil mir leckeres Essen sehr wichtig ist.
Ich möchte kein völliges aneinander Vorbeileben, aber es muss auch nichts gezwungen werden.

In my free time I like to read and watch tv shows and films (but who doesn't during these corona times :D), I otherwise like cooking since yummy food is very important to me.
I don't want to complete live with a stranger, but nothing has to be forced.
