The room is around 14 sq. m big and quite bright and peaceful. It comes well furnished with a bed, a spacious cupboard, shelf, study table, chairs etc . Since I am moving out of the place and will not be taking many things with me, you would receive a fully furnished apartment ready with things such as a mirror, storage containers, hampers, bedside table, vacuum cleaner, printer etc . I will be selling all these items for a price of 300 Euros. Since I am moving away from Dresden, the furniture must be purchased with the apartment. Kindly only write to me if you are also willing to purchase the furniture with the room. Moreover, the kitchen is also well-equipped with dishes and has a lovely view of the common garden downstairs
The nearest Tram stop (Bünaustrasse: Lines 6, 7, 12) is a 5 min walk away, and Tharandter strasse (Bus: 61, 63, 90, Tram: 6, 7, 12) is 8 min away. The shopping center Löbtau Passage, which has all shops one might need for everyday shopping such as Rewe, DM, Rossman, Tedi etc. is 10 min walk away. Despite its close proximity to the main street the apartment is quite peaceful with easy and direct access to Hauptbahnhof (13 min ), Altstadt (20 min), SLUB (20 min)
Your roommate is Jim, who is a student at TU and is currently finishing her internship with Fraunhofer. She is friendly, and quite relaxed as a roommate
