Wegen Arbeit im Ausland werde ich mein WG Zimmer in Löbtau untervermieten. Zimmer ist sehr hell und mit 16qm relativ groß und gemütlich. Es ist voll möbliert, wie es auf den Fotos sichtbar ist (Bett mit Matratze, Nachtschrank, großer Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Kommode, Fernsehertisch, Stuhl). Durch das Fenster schaust du auf eine ruhige Straße ohne Lärm.
Because of work abroad I have to sublet my WG room in Löbtau. It's very bright and pretty big (16 sq m). It's fully furnished as you can see in the photos (bed with matress, large table, wardrobe, bookshelf, dresser, TV table, and Chair). The window is oriented toward a calm, quiet street.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Frankenbergstraße neben der Tharandter Straße. Das gebiet ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist aber alles sehr nah. Aldi, Netto und Bushaltestelle sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Rewe ist bei der Haltestelle Tharandter Straße, die ca. 7 Gehminuten weg ist.
The apartment is on the Frankenbergstraße close to the Tharandter Straße. This area is very clam but close to important thing at the same time. Aldi, Netto and bus stop are 2 minutes on foot away, Rewe is at the tram/bus stop Tharandter Straße, which is around 7 minutes walking away (you can also take a bus to go there/come from there).
Der Mitbewohner ist ein sehr entspannter, lustiger und freundlicher Musikstudent, der mal da, mal weg ist. Mit ihm kann man oft zusammen was essen oder ein Bierchen trinken, oder auch allein Zeit verbringen. Die Stimmung in der WG ist super entspannt und bequem. Bislang haben wir keinen Putzplan gehabt, weil es zwischen uns einfach funktioniert hat.
Flatmate is a very relaxed, funny and friendly student of music, who is sometimes there, sometimes away. You can often eat something together, or have a beer with chat, or spend your time alone if you prefer it that way. The Atmosphere in the WG is very relaxed and comfortable. Up until now we haven't had any clenaing plan because it worked fine without one.
Das Zimmer ist zwischen dem 1. Mai 2022 und 1. Januar 2023 verfügbar. Eventuell wäre auch eine Verlängerung bis max. 10. April 2023 möglich. Kürzere Mietdauer innerhalb dieses Zeitfensters ist auch möglich.
The room is available from 1st May 2022 until 1st January 2023. Eventually it would also be possible to extend it until not later than 10th April 2023. It's also possible to rent the room for shorter period within the time of availability.
