Dein potentielles Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß, Teil einer 3-er WG und ist direkt mit der Küche verbunden. Im Zimmer steht ein gut gebautes Hochbett (derzeit als Stauraum genutzt) mit Treppe zur Verfügung, das die Raumhöhe voll ausnutzt und das Zimmer ultra gemütlich macht. Unter dem Hochbett kann man aufrecht stehen und hat so richtig viel Platz. Die beiden großen Fenster sind nach Westen ausgerichtet und machen den Raum angenehm hell.
Dem Zimmer ist ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschinenanschluss angeschlossen. Auch zum Trocknen der Wäsche hast du genügend Platz. Die Toilette befindet sich im Gemeinschaftsbad und muss mit deinen Mitbewohnern geteilt werden.

Your potential room is about 20m², part of a 3-er WG and is directly connected to the kitchen. A well-built loft bed (currently used as storage) with stairs is available in the room which makes full use of the room height and makes the room ultra cozy. You can stand upright under the loft bed, so you really have a lot of space.. The two large windows face towards the West and makes the room pleasantly bright.
The room is attached with a large bathroom with bathtub , wash basin and washing machine connection. You also have enough area to dry the clothes The toilet is in the common bathroom and has to be shared with your flatmates.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Löbtau und nur 4 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Bünaustraße der Linien 6, 7 und 12 entfernt. Die Universität ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Supermärkte (Rewe, dm, Tedi) sind in 5 Min. zu erreichen.
Das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Löbtau and only 4 mins walk to the Bünaustraße tram stop for lines 6,7 and 12. The university can be reached within 10-15 mins by either bike or public transport. Supermarkets (Rewe, dm, Tedi) can be reached in 5 mins.
The city centre can be reached within 10 mins by tram.

Wir wohnen in einer schönen, geräumigen Wohnung in einem Altbau. Momentan leben wir zu dritt hier: Markus, Florian und Sid. Da Sid die WG im Mai verlässt, suchen wir eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in, der:die Interesse an einem aktiven WG-Leben hat. Markus und Florian studieren beide an der TU. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, gehört zur WG eine große Wohnküche mit gemütlichem Sofa. Für spontane Spieleabende oder gelegentliche WG-Partys stehen wir jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kochen oft zusammen oder plaudern bei einem Bier oder Wein. Aber wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, nehmen wir auch jederzeit Rücksicht.
Am besten meldest du dich mit ein paar Sätzen zu deiner Person bei uns und dann finden wir sicher einen Termin für ein Treffen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht :)

We live in a nice, spacious apartment in an old building. At the moment there are three of us living here: Markus, Florian and Sid. Since Sid is leaving the apartment in May, we are looking for a new flatmate who is interested in an active flat-sharing life. Markus and Florian are both studying at the TU. As you can see in the pictures, a big kitchen with a comfortable sofa belongs to the WG. We are always available for spontaneous game nights or occasional WG parties. We often cook together or chat over a beer or wine. But if you want to have your peace and quiet, that's no problem either.
The best thing is to contact us with a few sentences about yourself and then we will surely find a date for a meeting. We are looking forward to your message :)
