Ich möchte gerne mein Zimmer über das Wintersemester untervermieten.
Daten sind etwas flexibel. +/- 1 Woche
Es liegt am ende des Flurs unserer gemeinschaftlichen WG. Heißt man hat hier einen super Rückzug, das Zimmer ist ausserdem zum Innenhof gelegen und hat einen direkten Zugang zum neu gewonnenen Balkon. Normalerweise gehört zu dem Zimmer noch ein weiteres kleines Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, welches auch einen Zugang zum Balkon hat und meinen Mitbewohnenden es ermöglicht auch zum Balkon zu kommen ohne jedes mal durch mein Zimmer zu stapfen. ich hab das Zimmer jetzt aber mal aus dem Angebot rausgenommen da es sich um mein persönliches Arbeitszimmer handelt und ich nicht weiß wie viel jemand anderes damit anfangen könnte. falls dennoch Interesse besteht können wir da gerne nochmal drüber reden!

I'm renting out my room for the fall semester.
Its located at the end of the hallway of our communal flat which makes it a perfect place to chill and have some quiet time if needed. also there is no street in front of the room so there is no noise at all. It has a beautiful balcony perfect for sunbathing. Normally there comes a second room with it which is my workspace and right next to it and connected through the balcony. through this room my other flatmates can also enter the balcony. i took the workspace out o the offer cause im not so sure if someone else could really use it because its mostly my private working stuff lying there. but if a desk is essential to you we can still talk about it!
Dates are flexible ( +/- a week)
Die Wohnung liegt in Mickten direkt an der Leipziger Straße. Es gibt ein REWE, ALDI und dm direkt an der Station Mickten und einen Türkischen Supermarkt bei uns vor der tür. Die Station, die sich direkt vor der Tür befindet heißt " Alttrachau" und ich 1 Station / oder 5 min zu fuss von der Station Mickten entfernt.
Zur Elbe läuft man in 10 Minuten, was wirklich toll ist da man dort überall schön sitzen oder spazieren gehen kann. dort findet man auch diverse Biergärten oder Restaurants. Den Elbradweg weiter aufwärts ist man innerhalb kürzester zeit nur noch von Natur umgeben.
Mickten liegt zwar etwas weiter draussen man ist aber innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten an den wichtigsten orten. Ob mit Fahrrad oder Tram.
The flat is located in Mickten directly on Leipziger Strasse. There is a REWE, ALDI and dm and a Turkish supermarket close by. within 10 minutes walking distance you'll be at the elbe river which is perfect for taking walks and hanging out. There you'll also find plenty of beer gardens and restaurants. you'll find wonderful nature around you within a short time.
but you'll also reach Neustadt and Altstadt within 10 to 15 minutes either with bike or with the tram.
Deine Mitbewohner heißen Anna, Maya, Janka und Berni. Alle Mitbewohner sind sehr lieb und wir verbringen gerne zeit miteinander und kochen abends zusammen.
Youre flatmates are Anna, maya, Janka and Berni. All of them are very sweet people and very welcoming. We often spend time together or cook dinner together.
