Es ist ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin, so dass man nicht allzu lärmempfindlich sein sollte. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einer Kommode, einer Kleiderstange und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Alles genau wie auf dem Foto.
Die Wohnung hat auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
It is a super nice and well equipped room. The room faces the street, so you shouldn't be too sensitive to noise. The room is equipped with a bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk. Everything exactly as in the photo.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.
Mitten im Studentenviertel Neustadt liegt die Wohnung mitten im Leben, inklusive Motorenlärm und vielen Menschen. Man sollte also nichts gegen das Großstadtleben haben ;) Sobald man aus der Tür tritt, ist man in wenigen Minuten am Neustädter Bahnhof und umgeben von Bars und Restaurants. Wenn du die Neustadt kennst und magst, wirst du die Lage der WG lieben.
In the middle of the Neustadt student district, the apartment is right in the middle of life, including the noise of engines and lots of people. So you shouldn't have anything against big city life ;) As soon as you leave the door, you'll be at Neustadt train station within a few minutes and surrounded by bars and restaurants. If you know and like the Neustadt, you will love the location of the shared apartment.
Wir haben ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis und fühlen uns in der Wohngemeinschaft sehr wohl, und das soll auch so bleiben. Dementsprechend suchen wir jemanden, der das WG-Leben genauso sieht wie wir: Das WG-Leben ist das, was wir daraus machen - alles kann man machen, nichts muss man machen. Dabei ist es uns egal, ob es deutsch oder englisch ist! :)
We have a friendly relationship and feel very comfortable in the shared apartment, and we want it to stay that way. Accordingly, we are looking for someone who takes shared apartment life the same way we do: shared apartment life is what we make of it - everything can be done, nothing has to be done. We don't care whether it's German or English! :)
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: Strom, Heizung, Internet, Küchengeräte sind im Preis inbegriffen. Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, aber am besten nehmen Sie Ihre eigenen mit. Sie brauchen also nur Ihre eigenen Sachen und können einziehen.
Sauberkeit ist uns ebenso wichtig, aber keiner von uns ist ein Putzteufel, und hier geht es eher entspannt zu :)
The apartment is fully equipped: electricity, heating, internet, kitchen equipment is all included. Towels are also there, but it's best to take your own. So you only need your own belongings and you can move in.
Cleanliness is just as important to us, but none of us are cleaning devils, and here it's more of a relaxed approach :)
