Hallo, ich suche ab 1. September/Oktober einen Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist schön hell mit einer hohen Decke. Es kann bei Bedarf auch teilmöbliert abgegeben werden (Kleiderschrank, Regal, Bett). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Mitbewohner nett, gesellig und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal! gute Bahnanbindung, zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Neustadt, aber das Viertel selber ist entspannt und nicht so laut. Supermärkte, Späti, Bäcker, Kneipen gibt es alles direkt um die Ecke. Den Innenhof kann man gut nutzen um mal in der Sonne zu sitzen oder um zu grillen. Kristian und ich würden uns freuen Dich persönlich kennenzulernen!!!
